My dearest Harry,
This is my tenth ever valentine letter to you. I remember the first. My first year in hogwarts, and I wanted to impress the gorgeous Boy Who Lived. It's such a shame you didn't like my poem. I thought it was quite good.
I've lost count of how many times I've said this but I'll say it once more; I love you. I love you more than anything in the whole world. You and our children are my world and drive me so ridiculously mad and make me so ridiculously happy. I couldn't imagine a life without you.
You know, when I was writing that poem for you all those valentine days ago, I wasn't writing to you. Well I was, but it wasn't you, you. I was writing to The Boy Who Lived. My hero. Some amazing guy who almost seemed to good to be true.
But you, my beloved Harry, are not that guy. I know that now. I mean, it's hard for me to believe that you're that guy after watching you dance awfully with your favourite muggle music turned up as loud as it can go. And it's hard to see you as I used to when I've seen you laying sprawled, sound alseep on our bed, half naked (I'd like to say that looks sexy, but I'd be lying.)
My point is, you may not be some superhero, but discovering who you really are has made me love you even more. You are imperfect and human, and that's what makes you my absolute favourite person. We were simply always meant for each other, my love. Like a river flows, surely to the sea, darling so it goes, some things are meant to be.
Happy valentine's day, darling. And let there be many, many more.
All my love,
Ginny.
