Hello Everyoneeeee! I do not own Lorien Legacies so ENJOY!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It all happened so fast. Five darted towards Nine, his blade pointed at Nine. He was inches away from Nine. The blade soared towards Nine's heart. Then Eight was there. The blade punctured his heart instead of Nine's. He looked at me, his arms outstretched trying to say something. Red seeped through his shirt where the blade struck. He fell to the ground as the scar burned its way into my ankle. I fell over with a gasp, the pain unbearable. The images of the blade taking Eights life fresh in my mind. The tears wouldn't come. I crawled over to his limp body. Placing my hands on his wound. Five was behind me, but I ignored him. I closed my eyes tight, letting myself lean into Eight. An icy feeling expands deep inside me. My healing legacy but deeper, colder. It felt like my insides were trying to squeeze out of my fingertips and into Eight. It all escaped me at once. I fell to the ground. My hair was being lifted off my shoulders by a blue light. My healing legacy seemed to be drained from me. It was replaced by something ice cold. Something bitter and cruel. I glanced down at Eights body. The last of the energy seeped from my finger tips, making a beam into his body. The scar on my ankle seared as the energy made its way into Eight. Then it was gone. All that was left was the hollow feeling. I turned to Five. The air was cold. The mushy water froze over and the plants near me dropped dead. I was radiating coldness. He looked me dead in the eyes, hugging himself to keep warm. I looked at his leg. The area where the scar was supposed to be was replaced by a symbol. The symbol on my pendant. My symbol? How had it gotten there? I wasn't dead. Was I? No, but Eight's wasn't there. Could he be alive? Five quivered.

"He's alive Marina, I'm sorry p..please stop," He pleaded. I glared him down,

"Shut up." I brought my hand upwards. An icicle erupted from the ground stabbing his foot. I pushed my hand towards him. The ice snakes up his legs locking him to the ground. He wails in agony as his skin is burned by the ice. He takes on the ices shape to keep from freezing to death. It's to late. An icicle bursts from the ground towards his skull. If it had gone deeper it could have killed him, but instead it merely took out his eye. The iciness of his body caused it to shatter like glass. It fell to the ground taking on its normal form. Vile rose in my throat at the scene. I melted the ice as the buzzing of a skimmer was heard. Six came out of no where as I let Five go. I turned to look at the body of Eight. My scar had been replaced to my symbol. I look him over. The wound on his chest was gone. Replaced with my symbol.

"Marina we have to go," Six coaxed looking down at Eight.

"What about him?" I ask taking his limp hand in mine. Six shook her head.

"He's gone Marina, we have to go."

"No." I rest my head on his chest. A cry escaped my mouth as I was greeted with a light beating sound.

"Six his heart is beating!" I basically cried. Six dropped to her knees to see for herself as Nine crawled over injured.

"He is," She gasped in disbelief. I hooked my arms under his armpits as Six toke the message and grabbed his feet to pull him up. Nine got too his feet and toke Eight from us. I placed my hands on him, healing injuries between the two as we walked through thick woods. A small settlement soon came into view. It was merely a bunch of tents and shacks scattered around with a saloon, market, and church in the center. We made our way to the saloon, passing by curious civilians. I walked up to the door pushing it open. All heads turned to us, looking us up and down. A  large drunk man approached us.

"Who is that," He said as he gestured down to Eight. He took my arm trying to pull me with him.

"How about we have some fun little lady," He slurred. I let out a stream of ice, freezing his arm in place. He groaned as I fixed him a stone cold glare.

"Don't touch me," I muttered thawing out his arm. He backed up taking his seat again. Nine let out a small yelp as Eight began to struggle and move in his arms. Eight was set down on a bench as people gathered around. His eyes fluttered open as mine filled with tears. His beautiful green eyes were there again. He was alive. He sat up with his usually goofy smirk. I let out a gasp of relief as I wrapped my arms around him. He hugged me back, snaking his arms around my waist. After a while he pulled back taking me in. His arms didn't leave my waist, tracing small circles on my skin. I smiled with tears still in my eyes.

"I thought I lost you," I muttered looking into his entrancing eyes.

"I promised you more days with me, I'm not about to break that promise," He stated pulling me close to him,

"Because I love you way to much." He pulled me closer until our lips met. We would have kissed longer if it wasn't for the oos and awes around us. He pulled back smiling at me to make sure I had the same feelings. I rested my head in the crook of his neck.

"I love you too," I hummed letting him hold me. He was alive. I had a new legacy. Maybe even two new ones. I wasn't going to let him go. Not just yet, because he was mine and I was his.
