I am you and you are me,
I gaze into the mirror and see,
what lies beneath,
A foreign being, split in two,
I stand and look in disbelief,
that you are me and i am you.
I turn and see you covered in blood
two sides of the same coin, merged as one,
One is light, one is dark,
Light fading into the other part,
dimming slowly until one is left,
Light taking its final breath.
someone is coming,
i swing on instinct,
their scream slowly muting,
ive been hoodwinked,
A feeling of pleasure,
At the thrill of killing,
What could be better?
Wait, what am i thinking?
I look in horror
at what you've done,
then realization comes forward,
of what I've done
Knife in hand smiling mischievously,
I pray and hope that it cannot be,
That i am you and you are me,
Could it be?
