Chapter Seven

Ana:

After two days in the hospital I'm released to go home. My mom and Ray are coming in tomorrow to meet baby Teddy , my chest is full of excitement.
With Christians help , I get dressed in some sweats then nurse Teddy again before being ready to leave. My little boy has a big appetite, I know it makes Christian happy seeing him nurse at my breast.

"Wait Ana , let me readjust this." Teddy is once again lifted from his car seat and placed in my arms , Christian is fussing with his car seats straps. Teddy has already been in and out of his car seat three times. Christian isn't satisfied. I hold back my chuckles and gaze down at my sleeping baby. He is a bundle of mint green onesie and white socks , my perfect baby boy. I wonder if all mothers are this in live with their children? I'm sure.
"Alright , let's try this again." , I hand him Teddy and he places him in the car seat then buckles the straps. "Perfect." He murmurs to himself and leans in to kiss Teddy's forehead.

Under Christians watchful eyes, I am wheeled down in a wheelchair by my nurse. Christian walks beside me holding Teddy's car seat and my bag over his shoulder. I'm beyond happy to go home.
Taylor has the Audi pulled up front , he smiles when he see us "Mr , Mrs Grey." He greets us and takes the bags from Christian. Nurse Julian helps me up rom the wheelchair, I wince at my stomach pulling. "Here I have her," Christian is at my side , supporting my back with his arm. Teddy is already placed in the car , he looks so small and fragile in his car seat. I sit next to him , placing my hand on his feet.... his gray eyes open , blinking sleepily. "Hi Teddy , we're going home," Christian sits on the other side of Teddy and grins at me "Ready?" I grin back "Yes , let's go home."

Gail is at the entrance waiting for us , she grins from ear to ear "Welcome home!" I chuckle at her and smile back "Hi , we have someone to meet you." Gail almost shrieks with delight , Christian walks in behind me carrying Teddy in his car seat. Christian places Teddy on the dining room table and steps back allowing Gail to see him. She reaches out and gently touches his hand "Oh he's stunning , he's a big boy Mrs.Grey." Teddy opens his little gray eyes and looks up at Gail then little out a piercing cry , big crocodile tears run down his cheeks. Gail steps back "Oh I'm sorry, I must have frightened him." Christian is at Teddy's car seat in a second , unbuckling him "No Gail , he probably needs a new diaper." Christian tells Gail then places a kiss to the top of Teddy's head. Once in his fathers arms , Teddy is content and stops crying .... I smile at my baby boy "Or he just wanted to be held." Christian chuckles as does Gail.
"I'm sure you two are hungry , how about some brunch or would you prefer lunch?" Christian walks into the living room , flips on the tv then turns to me smiling "Lunch Mrs.Grey?" He prompts , I nod "Yes that sounds great."
Gail nods and smiles at us then heads into the kitchen. Taylor is lingering in the entrance , our bags at his feet "Where would you like these ma'am?" I purse my lips "In the laundry room please." He smiles his rare smile "Of course , ma'am," Taylor turns on his heel , picks up the bags then heads into the laundry room.

I sigh heavily , stretching my neck from side to side. My whole body is still so sore , my stomach is aching from the birth of Teddy. But he's here and healthy, I can't complain. "What are you thinking?" Christian asks walking over to me , Teddy has his eyes open studying his fathers face. "How lucky I am." I smile up at him shyly , Christian returns my smile and kisses me softly. Hmmm , he taste of mint and Christian. Oh boy , my damaged body begins to light up , my inner goddess pops up from her week vacation and brings my libido back with her. Teddy's cries brings us apart , Christian clears his throat "I don't know how I'll be able to last six weeks," I pout remembering , no sex for six weeks. My inner goddess is beside herself and begins looking for her vibrator.

Teddy cries louder and whimpers , my breasts swell at the sound of my baby. Time to nurse. I gently grab Teddy from Christian "I'll nurse him in the room," Christian nods and follows after me into the bedroom.
Our bedroom is how I remember it , I feel content. With a little difficulty, thanks to my stomach and ribs , I manage to prop myself up against the headboard and grab a pillow. Teddy is crying loudly , sucking on his fingers "I got you," I pull up my shirt then unclasp my nursing bra , once my nipple is revealed Teddy has no problem latching on and eating.
