Andrew
As I made my way back to my place, I debated on how and if I wanted to keep seeing Serena. After I dropped her off at her place I told her I'd talk to her later, but I lied. Once the words left my lips on how I really felt about the events of the night before I knew I fucked up. What we have going on shouldn't mean a thing. Serena should just be another girl who's willing to let me have my way with her, but my heart is beginning to tell me otherwise. And that's something I can't afford to feel.
"Hey little brother how was it?" John walked by me as I entered our small loft apartment. "Did you get it over with?"
I didn't know how to respond because Serena was different. As much as I wanted to see her again, I didn't think I could. Not without developing feelings for her.
"Drew?"
"Yea man it's done," I didn't feel like talking any longer so I walked into my room. I stripped out of my clothes and went to take a shower to clear my thoughts.
When I came out, the steam had filled the bathroom and clouded up the mirror. I wiped off a section so I could see, and it made me think of her once again. Just this morning she was standing in front of me looking beautiful as ever. Her naked body only making me want her more.
I snapped out of my thoughts and tried to focus on other things. Like figuring out how I was going to get her our of my head.

I took the elevator up to my penthouse to only be greeted by the glare of the sun once again. It was quiet and Lex and Kristen were no where to be seen. I sat down on a stool in the kitchen and thought about what had just happened. As much as I fantasized about his words I couldn't escape the doubt brooding in the back of my mind.
"Did he mean it?"
I was so consumed by my thoughts I hadn't realized I asked this out loud.
"Did he mean what?" Kristen emerged from the hallway leading to the bedrooms and entered the kitchen. She looked for a bowl and poured cereal into it. She brought out the milk and once she was done, she leaned on the island straight across from me.
"So?" She was smirking as she continued to munch on her cereal.
I spilled all the details from last night. Everything from our conversation on the High Line to our dinner in Little Italy, all the way to the events of the hotel room.
"But then this morning.."
"Listen, I don't mean to say we told you so, but you knew he'd respond that way."
"I know and that's exactly how he responded. As if I was just another piece of ass, but then he turned it around before I came up here."
She stopped eating her cereal and looked up at me, "What do you mean?"
"Well, he basically said that last night was the same way for him as it was for me."
"No way. S! That means he wants to see you again!!"
"He said he'd text me later today."
"Ok good. Yea don't text him first. Let him be the one to initiate it."
"So what do I do? Just sit around and wait for him all day?"
"That better not be what we're doing today," Lex emerged from down the hallway while rubbing her head.
"Hey sleepy head," Kristen was smirking at her and got out a bowl of cereal for her as well.
"So I got quite the interesting text from you last night," I was smiling at Lex and nudged her arm.
