she didn't even pull her hand away

....

it felt warm inside the bathhouse

but i knew my cheeks were blazing hot

compared to this heat

Shinwae grabbed a bathing suit and a towel

then walked into a changing room

we didn't say anything until we reached the bath

i wore swimming trunks , she wore a two piece

we both swam in the oversized steam pool

the room was filled with our laughs

and our talks 

and the air bubbles we blew in the water

it was a lot of fun

then we found the deep end

" Shinwae!"

i felt another lump in my throat

i looked for a head of black hair

i just saw the water get darker as 

it got deeper

i yelled again 

cupping my hands around my mouth 

" Min Shinwae!"

i extended every vowel and consonant 

flailing in the water as i 

frantically

searched for my new friend

" Min-

i felt my feet get tugged at

bubbled appeared next to me

"you sneaky little-

I was pulled under , my legs kicked even

though i knew it was her.

Shinwae pulled at my feet

and i saw the space below my feet 

get darker and darker 

i felt a hand around my ankle

it let go and grabbed onto my shin

the pair of hands climbed up me

until i saw a face next to mine

she smiled underwater and bubbles 

floated up from her mouth

her hands cupped my face

my breath was getting short 

i let out a lot of air 

and my vision was getting dark

i felt my eyes roll to the back of 

my head when a pair of 

lips crashed onto mine

i say crashed when i mean 

Min Shinwae pressed her lips up against

mine and we drifted up to the surface

Once i felt the air on my skin

i backed away for just a second

and breathed in deeply

i remember this moment

You didn't hesitate to push up against me and 

grip my bare shoulders and 

kiss me , it wasn't rough or rushed

it was soft , and i felt the butterflies 

stampede through my body and i felt

how my cheeks were on fire
