If my black is so beautiful , why do people hate it so much ?
Why does the color black represent depression , sadness , even death ?
But my black is strong too , right?
But we have the police breaking us down one by one because of what ?
A color ?
A stereotype ?
We've had innocent lives taken away from our community but the people who are supposed to protect us .
Why is black so hated but also so loved ?
Why do us blacks have to have rallies and start the BLM movement to be seen and taken seriously ?
All I ask is why on the behalf of my brothers and sisters .
Why do I have to turn the channel when another black death caused by a cop comes up on the news ?
Just think about how many innocent young , black men are behind bars right now .
Serving the time for a crime they didn't even commit .
It sickens me that I have to hide the world and reality from my little brothers because I don't know how to answer their questions of why some white people hate black.
Yes , All Lives Matter
But right now innocent black lives are being taken
