The sea salt of the air choked my airways as the water lapped hungrily against the cement wall seperating the walkway from the depths of the unknown.
Screams of laughter and happiness echoed through one ear and out the other as my thoughts denied me of happiness.
I looked back at my friends who were grinning from ear to ear after a night of endless funs. I smiled back, eyes telling a different story.Jump
I looked at my feet aching with pain the sparkly black heels tightly clung on with a thread of ribbon.
At that moment, the waves calmed down as if it were listening carefully waiting for the prey to enter its awaiting mouth.
The wind pushed my body forward, sending my the hair flying into the sticky mess already evident on my face.
I weighed up the pros and cons to my life and made my decision.
I took a deep breath...Jump
Someone tapped my shoulder.
"Move to the other side of the fence," an authorative, gruff voice said.
I turned around to find myself faced with a security guard only wanting to have the final word.
