Chapter 1:
THE VAMPIRES TOUCH
I reached to the attic and felt something furry. As I climbed the ladder I saw a bat I screamed and fell down the ladder and the bat fell on me." Mom ", I screamed. She came and saw the bat. " Leo where did that come from ", my mom said. " I think it's better if you don't know where it came from ", I said. Then she left and I buried the bat in my backyard. As I was burying the bat in my backyard I felt something sharp. I was digging and digging I saw it. Right then the moment I saw a dead werewolf. It had a collar that had my name on it. But I still buried the bat.
It was 5:00 Monday morning it was Halloween and I was covered with hair and I was growing wolf fangs. It was almost 6:00, time for my school. So I was getting ready for school. It was the right time for my hair and wolf fangs to grow. But I was wondering why my hair and fangs were growing. I was in school people thought that my hair and fangs were fake so I didn't tell them the truth. People asked where did I get the costume but it wasn't a costume so I didn't know what to say. So then all I said was that " I got it from the scariest costume store in the whole universe " !
When I got home it was so odd ! I was a wolf and was chewing on my clothes. I slept in my dogs doghouse and my dog licked me the whole night ! But then something flew by and I didn't know what it was. Maybe a bird or a horse who was jumping. When I got out there was a herd of vampires trying to harm me into scratches. But I kept jumping and running away. Just then a whole pack of wolves jumped over my fence. We all tried to harm the vampires but they ran away in the dark sky.
I was so confused how the wolves and vampires appeared. I tried to speak but instead I was barking. My mom came and she yelled, " WHAT ARE YOU DOING UP LATE IN THE DOGHOUSE " ! I tried to say that the vampires came and then more wolves came to help me! But again I barked very loud and she screamed at me and went back in the house. I was losing my hair because it was almost morning. Then my dog came out with a scratch that looked like a vampire scratch ,but how did the scratch get there. I wish my dog can talk to tell me what happened.
I ran to my mom and explained her what happened. She said " I don't understand why you were covered with hair " ! I said " It's hard to explain " . She then found out what happened by the scratch on my dogs head. But my mom wanted to know why those vampires we're trying to harm me but not the other wolves. I was ready to go to school but my lunch wasn't. " Mom where's my lunch " ! I said. She fainted and I was worried. I skipped school and called the ambulance. They came so I ran to school. After school I ran to my dad and told him what happened to my mom.
My dad took me to Spiral Village Hospital. I saw my mom but I think she's dead. After the doctor talked to my dad, my dad said that my mom had the confuse ray. My dad asked me how she got it. I lied and said " I don't know " . Then my dad left me with mom and he left. My mom woke up and I called the doctor. My mom was about to die. I called dad and before he came my mom was dead. My dad was sad and I was too. But I cried at the same
time. And then I saw on the news vampires were all dead.
