fear of the unknown

As I sat there with Levi we had to wait for test results to see what is damaged in my side. I saw that Levi was exhausted and told him to go home to get some rest. But he shook his head in defiance.  "I promised to never leave you Rebecca" he said with a sincere look. As the hours passed I started to doze off in the hospital bed. Levi was already asleep. So I thought to myself that if I could recollect my strength I could start healing myself so I could find my father and clear my mothers head from fear and dispare. Then my eyelids started to droop and the next thing I know I'm almost unconscious. Then it was all black and I saw Levi and my father, Levi was on his knees and my father had a knife to Levis neck and I screamed but nothing came out.
I jolted out of my sleep. "You were having a nightmare so I woke you up". "Thanks" I said quietly to embarrassed to look up. I got up and got out of my hospital gown and changed into a tank top, leather jacket, jeans, and boots. As I still think about it is my favorite out fit after all but enough i pushed on and ignored the pain of my wound as were walking down the hall my mother was sitting in the chair talking to what seemed no one say the same word over and over "mark" i dont recall that name... "rebecca what are you looking at?" "My mom dont you see her?" "No". Then we both gave the same wide eyed fear full exprestion. We hurried out of the hospital and rushed home. I had burst into tears as i entered the room s-she cant be. I had started sobbing. I went to check on my dad in tje basment to get my mind of of my mom thay permenently scared me.
