Minno x Reader

Chapter 1

The sun is bright, and shining into your bathroom window. You subconsciously take your comb out of your right hand drawer, whilst staring at yourself in the mirror.
Today is the day. You need to look your best. Though your life is a little bit of a mess on the inside, it doesn't mean you need to look like it on the outside. Combing through a few stray hairs you find, you decide to listen to your favorite songs to get you pumped up.
You search through your playlists and find the most upbeat and catchy songs you have.  Though the songs lift your spirit, it doesn't make you forget: you're meeting quite a few people today.
Going to Pax Prime is something that you have always wanted to do, mostly because a lot of your favorite youtubers will be there. But out of pure luck, someone else that you know will be there too... someone infamously nicknamed LonelyMinno.
Minno was someone that you met online, through an app called Ifunny. You had subscribed to her a while back, and someone you had admired from afar for quite some time.
With a smile on your face, you remember when you almost lost your shit when you found out that she liked your profile, and decided to subscribe to you. She was so mysterious, and you were so excited to finally be able to try to learn a little more about her, and figure her out even in the slightest. It feels so weird that you're finally going to be able to meet someone that you've only been able to talk to through a screen.
Once you viewed your hair as reasonable enough, you put on your favorite youtuber merchandise, head out the door, and on your way to Pax.

When you arrive, you are amazed at how many different people are there. There were people dressed up as their favorite characters from games, books, movies, and more. Others were dressed normally, just with a t-shirt of their favorite thing or something along the lines. You pull out your phone and open the Kik app, ready to message Minno to see if she was there already. You ask your question and put your phone in your back pocket, wanting to start looking around and see what was going on. You visited a few panels, met a few famous people, and luckily, some of the youtubers you idolize.
Starting to lose hope that you are going to be able to meet, you feel your pocket vibrate. You briskly whip out your phone, and sure enough, Minno has finally messaged you back. She tells you that she is over by the food court, and is excited to see you.
You head over to the food court, your nerves starting to set in. What if she doesn't like you, or thinks you're weird? No, that couldn't happen, she is one of the nicest people you've ever met! But, still...
You arrive at your destination, and start to look around. Then it hits you... you don't know what she looks like. You gaze over everyone sitting in the chairs, examining people that look like they could be Minno. Just as you are about to approach someone, you feel a tap on your shoulder. You turn around, and are confronted by a girl with short blonde hair in a beanie, with a black Legend of Zelda shirt on.
"Hey there, are you looking for someone?" The stranger asks.
"Um, well, I'm looking for LonelyMinno?" You reply quite shyly.
"Sounds like you aren't too sure about that!" She winks at you.
"Oh, uh, wait...-" you start to stumble.
"Oh calm down and quit your searching, LonelyMinno is at your service!" She takes a slight bow with a goofy smile on her face, not breaking eye contact with you.
"MINNO!" You exclaim, so excited to finally be able to meet your friend.
Her eyes go wide and he puts her hands up, chuckling.
"Woah, calm down there hun, it's just me!" She replies, chuckling again. "Can I have a hug?"
You two quickly embrace, and start up conversation.
"Ok, lunch is on me, then you're gonna show me around here." Minno bumps you with her elbow, a smirk on her face.
"Sounds like a plan to me! But, you don't have to buy my lunch..."
"Don't mention it, anything for a friend!" Minno exclaims.
You blush slightly, but not enough for it to be noticeable. This is going to be the best day ever.
