Spencer and Toby are made for eachother. When Toby "died" it made Spencer mad but she knew he wasnt dead. She did her best to find him and she did. All Toby did was to protect Spencer. Toby was Spencer's first. Theylove eachother even thoigh Toby was shady Spencer still loved him. When Toby gave the van to -A Spencer understood and felt bad that, that was the only way to grt the information Roby needed. At the time she wasnt even thinking about the van she was thinking about Toby and his mother. Toby has a connection to A and Spencer can use that. So that means she has information amd lobe while datong him. Toby was the first person Spencer really could be real with amd not give a care in the world around. Spencer would do anything for Toby and likewise in Toby's shoes. Even when Toby was on "-A side" Spencer still had some heart for Toby because she knew that this wasnt like him. Toby doesnt want Spencer getting hurt emotionally and physically. When Spencer offered to go back to the asylum Toby was reluctant.
