Lyman: a mystical beast that has a kindred spirit in the form of a wolf. He is known for his resemblance of a Large timber wolf.

Lockoty: The last name of the alpha, which is also the name of the pack.

Kindred spirit: ( I don't really know it but this is for the book) An animal or human spirit that has escaped from the abyss and is missing its other half to seek host to live in to find it.

Mate: the other half of a kindred spirit. A bond between the host and a wolf to another.

The HUNT: were kids who come off age ( Around the age of ten) and has a spirit strong enough to become a host for there kindred spirit.

Alpha: Leader of the pack. A wolf that is stronger and more dominant over the pack. The Alpha must fight every three years to keep the alphas position in pack.

Beta: The adviser /second in command. If anything happens to the Alpha the Beta will take over as alpha if the Alphas children aren't old enough to take over. The Beta is the wolf that the alpha defeated to get the Alpha position and has to be dominant but not toward the Leader. The Beta must Fight every three years to keep the Beta position in pack.

Delta: The adviser / third in command. If the Alpha and Beta met their demise the Delta will take over if the Alpha and Beta have children that aren't old enough to be Alpha or they don't have kids at all. The Delta is the third best in the fight for Alpha. A Delta must be dominant but not to The Alpha or Beta.

Pack members (Celta) : The people that make up the pack and protect the borders. They are only submissive to the Alpha, Beta, Delta , and those of more dominance or noble family.

Omega: Those who are born of Lyman but have not found there kindred spirit. these are the people who have no dominance and are submissive to all. They don't protect the Pack so they become somewhat like slaves. They do the work the Celta's don't feel like doing.

Rogue: A kindred spirit not under the control of a pack and is considered wild. They live among humans and live humane lives. Some rogues suppress their wolves and go crazy. They are killed if the Alpha Finds them guilty of what ever crime they committed, most for being rogue.

The Mating call: When the kindred spirit is of age to mate they would call for their mate, girl or boy. Most come off age at seventeen or older.

Heat: The primal need to mate sexually with your mate. This process is to make sure the female produces a child. It's also a way to find mates. While in heat for 1-7 days you won't be able to use your kindred spirits form.

Mating fever: after heat the male must mark the female to stop the mating fever so that Heat can stop. After that the female and male won't be able switch from the two forms until the child they automatically conceived via mating sexually is born.

I sometimes wish I was never born.

Never brought into the world I now demise with a force so great I would burn it down if I could. I was never treated right, never since that day have I ever felt safe. A few days after my birthday when I had to partake in the HUNT.

The HUNT is were we go in the woods and find our kindred spirits in the form of wolves. When you come out your part Wolf.

From what I heard in history only those with Lyman blood can partake in this HUNT. That night changed everything, and I mean everything

Instead of coming out they had to come and find me, face down in a river. That was the day I was marked omega. The day my child his life weren't up in shambles.

But if I knew what I know now, if I knew what I was ,I would have left sooner. Because love and freedom edited for me at the other side of the border. And I might have not have been brave before but it all started when I  ran.
