Maybe Another Life Time

Yasmine Pov

Yasmine was running around her room literally in a panic. She was so nervous.
Even though she had extravagant parties for her previous birthdays It was different.
She couldn't quite understand it herself but something felt off this time.

Shaking the on going thoughts out of her head before the maids dressed her in a nice elegant gown.
Showing off all her beautiful features.

She smiled brightly after as she looked at her head maid and asked her question.
"How do I look Ruby?"

Ruby walked around her and nodded her head.
"Do you want the truth or a lie"
Pausing before she gave the answer she asked for.

Yasmine looked down at the gown and back up to Ruby and answered.
"Is it really that bad?, my father paid a lot of money for this gown and I'm the only with something like this"
Ruby listened to Princess Yasmine's explanation before she broke out in laughter, breaking that expression that worried the princess.
"You look absolutely astonishing Princess"

Yasmine felt her self sigh and push Ruby slightly.
"Hey you had me going for awhile, don't forget it's my birthday"

Ruby nodding her head feeling bad instantly
"Sorry Princess"

Yasmine broke her expression that seemed harsh with a smile, she was only joking.
Both of them always had that fun type of relationship.
"I'll let it go this once"
She winked and Ruby shook her head immediately.

"Anyway princess when did you start caring about these type parties anyway?, I know this your coming of age party but is this really different then the other ones?"

Ruby was really curious of the obvious change, just weeks ago she didn't even care about this event.

Yasmine kept tapping her finger on her chin as she thought of the answer.
"I honestly don't understand it either, some how I feel like this time will be different from the other times"
A random knock on the door before some one peeked their head inside the door getting the attention of everyone in the room.

"Princess Yasmine it's time"
Popping their head out of the room.

Yasmine almost let her bad side come out.
A guard stuck his head in her room without permission but who was she kidding he was reminding her before her father appeared.

She sighed as she held her hand on her chest as if she had a heart that was beating uncontrollably.

Ruby smiled and put her hand on her back.
"Everything is going to great"
Her words helped Calm Yasmine.
Nodding her head she walked to the door and Ruby opened it for her and she walked out with her head held high.

She held her self with grace and anyone that had eye sight could see that clearly.
Walking down the long hallway to the entrance to the ballroom from the second floor.

Some one announced her presence before she showed herself to the guests.

"Everyone your Princess Is finally here"
Once she heard the curtains opened and she walked down the long staircase waving at everyone.
A smile planted right on her lips, this was something that she has grown accustomed too.
