Part 5

NIGHT

Pari free herself from kavitha's grip, steps down from her bad holds her doll from her leg and comes out from room dragging the doll behind her.she slowly walks toward swara's room rubbing her eyes, opens the door and shook swara with her little little hands.swara open her eyes slowly look at pari then jerked up.

"pari sweety! what are u doing here at this time?"swara asked in worried tone, switched on the lamp and looked at time.3:15.

"maasi i can't sleep."pari said with pouted face.swara made her sit on her lap.

"but u were sleeping when i came out from your room and where is kavitha maasi.she was sleeping with u?"swara asked.

"maasi you ask so many questions."pari said while hitting her head with palm in cute manner. swara smiled.

"i was sleeping but kavita maasi hugged me so tightly, like i am her teddy bear."pari said,sighing a little.swara giggled and kissed on her forehead.

"kavita disturbed my sweetheart sleep? i will take her class tomorrow.now what should we do to bring back your sleep?"she said while thinking for a second.pari also start thinking.

"idea if pari will drink chocolate milk and sleep with maasi then her sleep will cme back?"swara asked with raised eyebrows. pari's eyes sparkled and she nodded vigorously.swara got up,picked pari and put pari on her waist and they walk toward kitchen.swara made pari sit on counter chair,made choco milk quickly and gave it to pari.pari finished it quickly in no time.

"maasi u always make it so yammmi!"pari said while licking her lips.swara smiled after that pari sleep with swara in her room hugging her tightly.swara caressed her hair slowly.

swara was stared at peacefully sleeping pari.

FLASHBACK

swara was rushing toward hospital pari was in her lap looking at her worriedly and trying to understand what is happening and sunny were crying.

"dad!! why are you not telling anything.why are we going hospital?"

"swara...i will tell you everything later.let me drive."shekhar said

"no tell me now...i am not feeling good."swara said in stubborn voice.

"swara!!...ragini and laksah met with an accident and their condition is not good."shekhar said in helpless tone.

"what!..."swara said in shocked tone,feeling her arms an legs getting numb. she felt like someone snatched her soul.they reached hospital.swara  gave pari to shekhar and ran inside hospital.swara sat beside ragini and held her hand.ragini smiled weakly.

"di what happened....are you alright?"swara asked between sobs.

"swara...be stronge.after me u have to take care of dad,sunny and pari."ragini said in weak tone.

"SHUT UP! nothing will happen to you.you promised me,you will not leave me alone."swara shouted then started crying.

"your sister failed to fulfill her promise but please swara,promise me u will become a singer."ragini said in sad tone.swara shook her head in negative.

"you are not going anywhere.you can't leave me alone."swara started repeating herself.

"swara please promise me....i don't have time."ragini said as she started feeling difficult to breath.

"promise....."swara said with teary face.

"one more promise please.please take a good care of sunny and pari.give them mother's love.never let them feel my absence."
