These were the first two I drew with references

Low quality dragon named Agrison (i have characters that are called dragon shifters, so the dragons share the same name as the person)

And a cave dwelling shape shifter that evolution took their eyes away. I'll explain this kiddo because it's not too much.  I've no name for the species yet, but they're the dragon shifters that lived in the cave system under Hydrothane (the territory of the bigger realm that Agrison controls) for so long that their eyes just got worse and worse, and then just went away.  Charius in particular, can shape shift into a giant cat fish with some dragon-like aspects.  People in the caves tell how old someone is by the length of their hair (they never cut it).
