3. Like Father Like Daughter

"So you the-the Overlords kid?!?!" Kai asked his eyes never leaving the scepter. Luna's red eyes moved over all the ninja watching,"Sad isn't it" her voice echoed. Lloyd watched. Millions of questions raced through his mind. "But that doesn't matter, you six will never defeat me" Luna's staff glowed brighter as her eyes brightened like the scepter. Jay flinched as in the blink of an eye pink energy shot from her hands throwing Cole into the nearest building. Cole groaned trying to get back up. Nya shot water hitting Luna back slightly. Luna raised her scepter aiming at Nya, when it happened. The shot sent her flying into wall. Lloyd felt bad, he knew that it had to be done though. Kai grinning and picked up the short girl. Nya picked up the staff as it shrank to a smaller size. "wow" Nya said and twirled it "this is sorta cool."

Wu waited at the front of the Bounty. Wu saw the ninja return "I thought I told you to bring her here for questioning, I did not ask for you to beat her up first" he said. Kai snorted "she attacked us first we had to defend ourselves" he said. Jay grinned "After all Lloyd was the one who sent the final blow" jay smirked. Lloyd hit his arm "I was trying to help Nya you jerk" he said. Wu shook his head "bring her inside, and Lloyd a word please" he said as jay and Cole started snickering. Lloyd walked to his uncle and looked down as they walked inside. Wu turned to Lloyd "is it true what jay says." All Lloyd could do was nod. Wu looked over him "Lloyd since you have done this I am putting you in charge of helping Zane with her injuries." Lloyd just nodded not feeling up to argue. Wu nodded and sent him on his way. Jay and Cole watched as Lloyd held his head down and walked to the cage where Kai had put her. Zane was waiting.

Luna didn't recall being brought to the bounty and being locked in the cage. All she could recall was the blonde boy and the nindriod wrapping her waist and some cuts. The thought made her blush. Wait hold up she can't be having feelings for her captors. No this wasn't happening. She watched as the ninja gathered around the cage. Jay spoke up first "Hello Luna, I'm Jay. This here is Cole, Kai, Nya, Zane, Wu, Misako, and Lloyd" he said. They waved. Luna looked over all of them "you do realize I could press charges for this, it wouldn't be difficult." Wu looked "We have done nothing to harm you, with the exception of Lloyd who did it to protect his team" Wu stated. Luna grinned "I could twist the story you know, say that wasn't the only thing he did." Kai looked "so you would lie?" Luna's grin confirmed what had been said. Lloyd looked at the girl "Why'd you attack us." Luna stared off as if she'd seen something. "you wouldn't understand, none of you would." Cole voice was cold and harsh as he messed with the bandage on his arm "I understand perfectly" his eyes stared darkly at her "Your just daddy's little monster aren't you."
