Jackson's P.O.V

"Mark...Are you okay? What am I saying? Of course you're not okay."

He doesn't stop crying or mumbling in a loud way. I moved over to him slowly sitting next to him.

"Mark I know you feel like everything went wrong."

He finally looks up and I know instantly I had said the wrong things.

"Think. Think. Really?"

I just look at him and he laughs upset.

"Everything did go wrong. It's obvious she doesn't like me. She thinks I've been leaving her out just for the fun of it. She also is moving out of my house and most likely my life. Ha. Everything is wrong. Ha. Ha."

All I could do is look at him. After that he started rambling and I just rubbed his back.

"She'll be back. She'll be back."

They were the only word I could say.

Alex's P.O.V

I wasn't crying anymore but I was still upset. I wasn't sure if I was upset or sad or both. I had just broken up with my best friend and I didn't know what was next.

I looked around not even noticing I have walked to the park by the carnival. Nobody was out now that is was dark.

I decided moving was probably the better idea than sitting by myself. I kept think about how Mark did do everything for me.

"Alexandra. It's time to grow up. Time to get my own place. Time to get a job. Time to get my own friends, not ones that are best friends with my ex best friend."

"Growing up is no fun. Neither is living by yourself, gets boring. A job is alright but it's not better than being able to have no job. And I mean are you seriously willing to give me up?"

I turned around to see JB leaning on a tree, smiling like usual

I turned around to see JB leaning on a tree, smiling like usual.

"Why are you here? Go comfort Mark or something."

It was really hard to act like I didn't wanna talk to him.

"Why? You're my friend too right?"

I shrug.

"I don't know. That's what I though but I know you could've taken me too."

I start to walk away but he's by my side in an instant.

"Look you want the unbiased truth about that? Here it is. When we first met you we all thought you were cool but you be a distraction. So we all decided that it would be best if you stayed. That way Mark could give you the normal life he thought you deserved and we started focused."

I didn't say anything as he took his jacket and put it around my shoulders. I was in shorts and a tank top after all.

"I'm still salty. Now go home."

He tells me to put on the jacket completely.

"I think I'm fine right here."

I stopped waking and turned to be face to face with him.

"How did you even know I was here?"

He looks up at the dark sky before he looks me in the eyes.

"I was trying to think of a way to say this without sounding weird but I can't, I know everything about you."

I gave him a look before I started walking again, trying to leave him behind.

"Hey! Are you mad at me too?"

I just nod as he's by my side again.

"Why?"

I sighed heavy before going to a bench. Of course he followed.

"Because. You left me too. But I'm not that mad at you. I'm just frustrated and confused."

He just smiled.

"Well why wouldn't you be. I'm completely on your side. You have to deal with my idiots and the new idiots in your life."

I chuckle a little and he claps.

"Yes I got the laugh!"

I roll my eyes and it gets quiet. I look at him and he looks serious now.

"You really moving out?"

I sat there for a while thinking before I finally spoke.

"Yeah. I think it really is time for me to get some business of my own. Not like I don't love Mark but I wanna get myself together."

His eyebrow raises and the bit of seriousness fades.

"Ooooo. You love Mark? "

I rolled my eyes and nudge him.

"Not like that."

He gives me a look of disappointment and suspicion.

"Okay fine. If I tell you what I'm gonna say you have to promise to act like I never told you."

He nods his head wanting me to go on.

"I used to like Mark in high school. But I mean he was always with this horrible little girl named Ella, oh I couldn't stand her. She was always playing with Mark's feelings and I couldn't stand her voice. Oh my gosh, JB, you have no idea how annoying it was! 'Hey eveeeerybody. Ellaaa has arriveddd.' Ugh so full of herself. Hated her."

He just laughed and I sighed.

"Yeah yeah. I know you think I probably didn't like her because I was jealous. Well you're wrong. Very wrong."

It's silent before he speaks.

"Well I guess Malex is a no go."

I didn't even want to ask about the name and he smiled at me. We just sit there when I see him staring at me.

"So you're sure about this moving, starting a new life, thing?"

I nod slowly and his face is serious again.

"I'll help you if your serious."

I look up at him with eyes questioning if he was serious and he nods.

"...You can stay at my place. If you don't tell Mark! He'll lose his mind."

I grabbed his hand showing my excitement.

"Really? Thanks! Wait only till I get enough money for my own place."

He nods quietly before looking down at his hand. Without even noticing I guess we we're squeezing each other's hands.

He looks at me in the eyes and I feel nervous all of a sudden. After a little while we pull our hand away from each other.

Jackson's P.O.V

I had put Mark to sleep and the rest of the boys and I talked as we ate.

"Well he's traumatized."

Junior says looking tired before shoving a spoonful of food in his mouth.

"Well I just hope he'll like blackout or something and not be as stressed in the morning."

Everyone agrees with Bambam's words except me.

"Even if that happens we'll still have to tell him about Alex."

Yugyeom drops his spoon and looks concerned.

"You don't think she's really gonna move? I mean if she stops talking to Mark she's probably gonna stop taking to us..."

No one says anything and it stays quiet. The thought mad us all kinda sad.

"I just hope we stay friends, all of us."
