Biology is referred to as being "the study of like". Your cat and dogs are biology. Your best friends are biology. Moss is biology, and so is the ecosystem. Most importantly, YOU ARE BIOLOGY!
Of course, vetrenarians, doctors, and crime investigators use biology. But did you know that writers use it to? Yes, we must know the basics. A character may care about their weight and diet, a person may be diagnosed with a disease or is ill, or there may be a doctor. You use this course, too! Vitamins, minerals, and nutrients are all a part of it. Drinks, food, and excersize are too. Whether you like it or not, biology is surrounding us!
