The Sides of Beastboy

Creative Prt2

                 After dinner, Raven went to her room to meditate. Five minutes into it, she started to hear a... guitar? She walked out and started to follow the music. When she found the beginning of the music, she realized that it was coming from Beastboy's room. She sat down next to the door and listened to him tune up his gutar. Soon, Beastboy started to play "Soul Sister" by Train. 

Heeey, heeeey, heeeey

Your lipstick stains on the front lobe of my left side brains

I knew I wouldn't forget you 

So I went and let you blow my mind

           Raven started to sing along quietly to the song. Beastboy started to pick up on this. While still strumming the guitar, Beastboy triggered the sensor and the door opened quietly. He continued to play while Raven kept singing. When the end came, Raven realized that the changling was standing next to her. She almost bolted when Beastboy stopped her and asked her a question. "Hey, umm, me and Cyborg are starting a small side band.  We don't have a singer yet and you don't have to join. I just thought I'd ask." "I would like to." "Really? You don't seem like you would do things like this." Beastboy leaned against the doorframe. "Is an audience any different from a crowd of reporters?" Raven asked. "No... but you always hang in the back of the group when Robin addresses the camera." "Lets just say there is a coffee house that I have been to and certain things may have happened." Raven said, getting up from the floor. "Let me guess, what happens in the house, stays in the house." Beastboy said. He put the guitar back in his now clean room. "Pretty much." Raven said shrugging her shoulders.  "I'll have to talk to Cy, but I think you're in."  "Let me know you're practicing." Raven said leaving. 

Later:

             "You sure you want to do this?" Cyborg asked. "I'm sure.... I think." Raven said. She was fixing her shirt in the pond's reflection. They three of them were preforming in a stage in the park. It was a big crowd tonight. It was also their first time preforming. "You'll be great! I promise." Beastboy reassured her. They walked over to the stage and got ready. "Hey." Raven started "As you can see, we're three of the Teen Titans. That's also our band name." They started out with  "Complicated " by Avril Lavigne.  Along with that, they sang "Sombody To Love." By Queen and "Rolling in the Deep" by Adele.  Many people had recorded the performance. It was also posted on every social media site.  Guess who noticed.

Later:

        "Oh Azar! That was awesome!" Raven said, helping putting up speakers. "Glad you enjoyed it." Beastboy said. He and Cyborg lifted the speakers into the trunk of the rental car. They didn't take the T-Car because they thought that would attract to much attention. As soon as they got the speakers into the car, Beastboy's communicator rang. "BEEAASSST BOOOYYY!" Robin screamed. "Crap." All three titans said at the same time.  "We're screwed." Cyborg said. "I'll take the blame." Beastboy said. Raven put her hand on his shoulder. "We'll all take the blame. We're all in this together." She noticed that the changling was now noticeably taller than her now. "We are not going to die! Stop making it sound like we are going to die!" Cyborg said. 

            "You three just think that you can do whatever you want! And don't get me started on the fact you did this without my permission!" Robin was pacing up and down the floor. He kept on ranting for a good part of the night. They got home at about 8:40 and when Starfire was able to stop ranting Robin, it was about 10:10. "Just.... I wish I had known about this before I looked at the news." "We were on T.V!" Beastboy said.  "We'll talk about it in the morning." Robin started to walk towards his room along with Starfire. They had stated dating a while back.  "Well, see ya in the morning." Cyborg said.  "Night." Raven said. She got up from the couch and started to walk toward her room. Beastboy got up and held her wrist. "Hey, umm, thanks for... what you said earlier." He said. "Oh. Alright." Raven got a little embarrassed and her cheeks started to get hot. She left before he noticed. She was still rubbing her wrist where he held her when he said something else. "What?" She said. "I said you were great up there." He was standing with his hands in his pockets. He looked like he had something else to say, but whatever it was, he wasn't going to say it. "Oh. Thanks." She walked off. She was never going to know what the lovesick changling said.
