Angels at last Chapter 19

Jacob and I arrived at a nearby hotel meanwhile it began to start pouring rain.

" Aren't you going to go see your brother in the hospital? " Jacob asked.

" I don't know he can handle himself he's a big boy " I sighed.

We began walking up to the desk and we rang the bell waiting for someone to serve us but god that bell sounded very old. Me and Jacob looked around as we waited for someone to serve us.

" Hi, oh my goodness I am so sorry for the wait Kira. " the man rushed quickly to start up his computer. 

" Its fine " I grinned.

" Um, who is that? " Jacob asked as he raised his eyebrow.

" This is Paul, he always sets up the perfect room for me he knows what I like and plus I stay here if I have a concert out here. " I answered quickly and sharply.  Paul laughed and Jacob shook his head. 

" So when is the performance Miss Kira " Paul asked as he smiled. 

" Eh no performance for now my brother had a big fight at that one nightclub and I am far from home kind of so I figured why not stay here " I sighed.

" Yes ma'dam would you like the same room as usual? " he began to type in the computer. 

" Yes, please just for tonight " I said as I was digging through my wallet for my card.

" Don't worry Kira i'm not charging you for you're stay tonight " 

" Are you sure? I can pay for it..."

" I am absolutely positive miss Kira " He exchanged the key in my hand. I grabbed my coat and I nodded to him as my way of thanking him. I looked at Jacob and I looked at the elevator and I walked towards the elevator and Jacob followed behind me. After we both got in the elevator I pressed the number 15 on the board. It lit up and I stepped back from the board and I starred down at the elevator door.

2 minutes later the door opened..

We both step out the elevator and we made our way down the hallway and I looked at the numbers and seen all the random do not disturb signs as I passed by. Then, our room came up and I slide the card so the green light could flash so I can open the door. I opened the door and walked in and I hanged my coat on the rack and I made my way towards the Jacuzzi. I stripped down completely and I sat in the Jacuzzi and I relaxed as the water began to run. Jacob was still looking around the room in shock. I closed my eyes and I leaned back and slowly began to rest. 

" Wow, Kira this room is amazing you basically get the royal treatment " Jacob shouted and I jumped cause he scared the crap out of me. 

" Um..yeah " 

" Oops sorry! Didn't know you were naked in there " 

" Um it's fine you just scared me a little " 

" Alright, well I am going to get something to eat you want something? " 

" Nah, i'm fine " 

" Alright ". 

Jacob took the card and he left with his wallet. I closed my eyes and laid back in the Jacuzzi listening to the water run. Meanwhile, I was still thinking about the song I was recording with Drizzy in the studio. The song began to echo....

I heard a knock on the door and I open my eyes and I looked around the room for Jacob. I got out of the Jacuzzi and I put on a robe and my slippers. I opened the door and there was a set of camera's that began to flash. I squint my eyes as the lights were flashing and there were reporters asking so many questions at once.

" How do you feel about the innocent between your brother and your new boyfriend? " One asked.

" Is it true they fought over you? " another asked.

" Hey! Hey! Hey! Move it you guys! Can't you guys ever give celebrities a break sheesh! " A man with the familiar voice spoken out.

I squint my eyes and I looked around trying to look for the guy who spoke out. I couldn't find him with all these lights flashing. Someone randomly grabbed my arm and pulled me back into the room and slam the door shut locking it after it clicked. I rubbed my eyes trying to get my vision to go back to normal.

" Um thanks " I laughed.

" Anytime " a male voice replied. Finally, my vision came together after those  bright flashing lights reflected off my eyes and I look up and I see it was a long time old friend Marcell.

" Marcell! What are you doing here? " I shouted with excitement.

" I heard you was in town so I came to visit " he smiled.

" Aww how sweet of you! " I smiled.

" I'm sorry to hear about your brother and your boyfriend " he chuckled.

" Its fine they are just two big idiots " I clapped back at him and I laughed with him.

" Have you been writing music lately? "

" Yeah I've been recording in the studio I have to put out a new song asap "

" Can I hear? "

" Sure "

There was a long pause for a moment I closed my eyes and took a swallow of my saliva and I cleared my throat as I cleared my mind at the same time. I began to snap to create a beat and I began to tap my foot and hum.

I quickly ran out of breath after singing that whole line and I stopped singing from there and I looked up at Marcell waiting for his opinion. He gave me the weirdest look and I was waiting for him to spit his opinion.

He cleared his throat and opened his mouth quickly with his hand up as if he was about to snap.

" Now, Hunty....that is called...a....HIT! " he talked in a  sassy tone. I smiled and laughed at the same time and we both hugged each other tightly. The door flipped open I opened my eyes and broke the hug and I look to see Jacob with a bag with my food and his in it and he drops it in shock...
