After almost 15 min of begging my mom to let me stay home from school, I went into my room and started watching Shane Dawson doing a bunch of dumb life hacks. After 2 hours of watching my favorite you tubers, I finally just decided to go to bed because why the heck not?
--------the next morning-----------------
I wake up at around 8:30 am. I sigh thinking about being alone. So I opened up my phone and went into the group chat with Jurnee and Alexis. I decided to spam them since they were in school while I'm at home binge watching the Gabbie show. I finally got bored from that and just started scrolling through my instagram. After scrolling for a minute I see that Landon, the guy that I like that I can't even talk to because I'm to shy, just posted a new pic of himself. Of course i ended drooling after a couple of minutes. I realized that I'm being weird again so I like the pic and keep scrolling. After a minute I get a text from Landon via instagram
Landon: hey
Lina: hai
Landon: sooo you're home too huh?
Lina: yup. Let me guess u were suspended?
Landon: yeah. What's your excuse?
Lina: I just didn't feel like going
Landon: lol. Hey do you remember that time in like 4th grade I accidentally called you beautiful?
------------flashback---------
As Alexis and I were standing in line waiting to go to lunch, she started getting bored since the teacher was taking so long. So she started tossing her lunch box in the air. After about 3 throws, she tossed it up again and it landed on my face. As I was rubbing my nose from the impact, I hear Landon speak up from behind me. "Oh No her beautiful face!!!!!" The next thing I know my face feels like fire while Alexis had this creepy smirk on her face. We both sat there staring at Landon until he started putting the pieces together. Then his face starts turning a small red shade while mine was inventing a new shade of red. He then starts apologizing like crazy. I finally told him it was okay and we headed down to the cafeteria
----------flashback over---------
Lina: um yeah actually
Landon: yeah that was an awkward day
Lina: yes it was.
Landon: hey I gotta go. Text u later ok?
Lina: ummmm okayyy
I sigh and lock my phone up. I sit there for a minute and realized that I have last min homework to do even though I have all weekend to do it. I did some of it and decided to take a nap because again, why not?
