**LEVIS POV**

I woke up to my door opening slightly.I layed there waiting for something to happen.The door quickly closed and I could hear little feet run down the hall.

Quiet whimpering came from the hallway.I stood up and quickly made my way to the door.As soon as I opened it the little feet darted off.

I followed the sound of steps to the bathroom door."Hey Eren you in there?"I asked waiting for a response.I heard heavy breathing and relised that he was crying.

I knocked on the door slightly harder."Eren open the door you brat."No answer.I grabbed a butter knife and stuck it in the crack of the door and slid it beetween the lock.It clicked and opened.

There I see Eren sitting in the corner.Tail wrapped on his torso for dear life and ears flat against his head.His eyes were swollen and red from crying.

He stood up and wiped his face quickly trying to act like nothing happened."Whats wrong?"I was getting worried he looked terrible.He looked pale and tired.He didn't answer.

I walked towards him getting sightly irritated.He backed up against the wall."I'm fine sorry for disturbing your sleep"He muttered just barely loud enough for me to hear.

He tried to walk past me but I grabbed his wrist and spun him to face towards me."Answer me.I know somethings wrong.Why are you crying?"He looked down and stood there.

I coulnd't tell what he was thinking."Nightmare"He whispered only so I could hear.I looked at him and felt a wave of sadness wash over me.

He yanked his wrist back and ran back to the couch.I followed him without him noticing me.He sat went to the window and opened it.

I was getting worried and wanted to stop him but something was telling me not to.He sat on the window sill and let his legs dangle out into the warm small breeze.

He started to say something and I moved closer to listen what he was saying.

"Mom,I finally got away from the bad man.A crazy lady named hanji rescued me."It was sad but sweet at the same time."Hanji found me a home with a scary guy"I slightly frowned at his words."But he is really nice,He lets me sleep on the couch and eat at the dinner table"I started to feel a fuzzy feeling in my stomach."He gave me lots of food,I still don't know why he is so nice but it scares me."I stared to feel bad for him."I love you mom ill talk to you tomorrow I don't want to make Levi mad,Bye Bye."Eren waved to the stars and got off the window sill and closed the window.

He didn't notice me standing behind a bookshelf and layed down on the couch.I heard soft snoring and I walked over to the ball of blankets on the couch.

He is so cute when he is asleep.I watched the blanket slowly fall and rise as Eren breathed.He started to shift and quietly whimper.

I was about to wake him up until he started to mumble something.I leaned closer to hear what he was saying.

"I-i'm sorry p-please I promise I won't leave again."He started to thrash and cry."It hurts please stop."He looked so pained and helpless.It hurt me to see hime like this.

I woke him up and put him in my lap and he looked at me with a soft sleepy gaze.

**ERENS POV**

"Why did you run away you ungratefull animal!"The bad man was hitting me.He kicked my ribs over and over again."I-i'm sorry p-please I won't leave."He grabbed me by my hair and threw me on the bed.He thrust in me without warning.I screamed beacause I felt like I was being ripped in half."IT HURTS PLEASE STOP!!"

I woke up in levi's arms.I looked up at him confused."what are you doing."I whispered."I'm holding you,Brat."He was trying to comfort me."Why?"I asked.Not one of my owners ever was nice to me."Because you were having a bad dream,is it okay to help you out?"He sounded annoyed now.

"My owners never cared for me.I was just a broken toy.Im not used to kindness.It kinda-"I was cut off mid sentence by levi."It scares you I know."How did he know."How did you..."I was really confused now.

"I heard you talking to your mom."He was listening ."I do every night."I said it hoping he didn't hear."Do you miss her?"Levi asked with sympathy in his steel blueish-gray eyes.

I nodded in response not trusting my voice."What happened to her."I don't really want to tell him yet."You know what nevermind,Im sorry I shouldn't pry."He hugged me tighter.This time I hugged back.He feels so warm.I could feel his fine toned chest and my face heated up relising he is only in boxers.

I nuzzled my face in his chest.I started to get a fuzzy feeling.He smells like tea and new books.It was a nice smell.I listened to his heart beat as I drifted off to sleep.

**LEVIS POV**

He fell asleep in my arms.His quiet snores are so cute.His ears twitched when I picked him up and brought him to my bed.

I tucked him in and layed down next to him.I rubbed the area between his ears and he started to sofly purr.I held him in my arms and let the sweet sound of his purrs lull me to sleep.

Goodnight my little brat.
