Tuesday 21st February 2017
Today is going to be a okay day as I have not got anything planned so I maybe a little bored which is why I decided to write to my diary as it will give me something to do. If I'm honest I don't feel to great as my stomach feels a little weird as if I am on a boat but I'm not I'm at home. Today something happened that has scared me a little, when I woke up this morning I found a text on my phone from a unknown number. The text said: Be careful what you do and where you go because I will be watching you everywhere you go!
After that I was a little bit paranoid as I don't know who could have got my phone number as I don't have it exposed any where on the internet. I don't know if I should tell my mum and dad because I know that if they worry my anxiety will soar through the roof. I think that whenever my mum or dad worry it makes me worry because it means that something is wrong and it needs to be fixed. Also I get my new book today as I finished reading Chemical Hearts by Krystal Sutherland the book that I am getting today is called I Was Here by Gayle Forrman.
