Ryan's POV
as soon as I got out of the water Chaz helped me into the truck I realized that me side really hurt. Chaz helped me lift up shirt and there was a chunk missing.
"dude ill drive you to the hospital" Chaz said as he drove away
I was in shock and so was Chaz, we sat there in silence. we got to the hospital but Chaz wanted to go get Justin and Lexie so I let him leave
Chaz's POV
I ran into Justin's hotel room to see sex.
"is this bad timing?"
"uhh ya" Justin said covering both Lexie and him
"So I have good news and bad news" I said stopping "the good news is Ryan's alive!"
"what? really?" Justin said with tears/hope in his eyes
"Ya, but the bad news is that he has a chunk missing out of his side" I said watching Justin cry
'whats wrong? hes alive" Lexie said trying to make him happy
"he wouldn't of have the chunk missing if we wouldn't have gone to the beach" Justin said putting on clothes and leaving
Justin's POV
we left in silence. I was still silently crying. we got to the hospital and I ran inside to hopefully see Ryan........ he was gone
"RYAN! RYAN!" I said
"he's gone into surgery" the doctor said patting my shoulder
we sat there for 5 hours until the doctor finally spoke
"I'm- I'm so so so sorry........ he didn't live through the surgery. There was way too much blood coming out" he said leaving
"NO NO NO" I said falling onto the floor in a bundle
"come on lets go home" Lexie said helping me home
------Hotel---------------
I was still balling my eyes out.
"Its ok man its not your fault" Chaz said walking in making me turn around
"Yes it is. Chaz. he's my best friend and I did nothing to help him in the water" I said with pink puffy eyes
"NO YOU TRYED-" I cut him off "just leave"
he left and I just fell onto my bed and looked through my phone to see a bunch of photos of him and I. I couldn't stand it. I just through my phone on the wall, it smashed into pieces. I fell asleep.
----Morning----
I woke up in a hospital bed.
"Where am I?" I asked Lexie who was crying over my bed
"im glad your alive. you fell asleep and stopped breathing because of your crying" she said hugging me
"well can we leave we have to go, Ryan's funeral is soon" I said looking at her
"ya your aloud to leave when ever" she said helping me get up and leave
----Funeral---
its m turn to go up and say a few words
"Ok, im sorry if I cant keep it together" I said looking out at the people who were here "Well Ryan and I have been friends for as long as I can remember, so he means everything to me. hes my brother." I started to tear up "and im the one who didn't help him, I regret everything I didn't do, like be there when he needed me. this time he really needed me. I wasn't there" I was now baling my eyes out "I just love you man" I said looking at the body who layed there dead, mosionless, pale white, and it was all my fault. "can we have a moment of silence to symbolize a pray for him? "everyone stood silent looking down. my turn ended and his mom and dad went and everyone eles. we left at the end.
---hotel--- Lexie and I cuddled to fall fast asleep.

3 years later
wow its been 3 years since Ryan died and im not sad. but I woke up early this morning to get tonight ready. Im proposing to Lexie since our little boy Celeb was born.
----ring shop------
I saw the most beautiful ring ever, its a 56 carrot ring. I bought it and left to the beach

I decided that ill propose to her on the same beach that Ryan got hurt on. I set up everything and asked if they could cut off this part of the beach. they did so I left to get the flowers that were purple

I added a few touch ups because I want the night to be perfect

im finally done and as soon as I walk in my hotel room that were still staying at, Celeb came running to me
"Daddy! Mommy Daddys here!" he said falling down but getting back up
"hey buddy does your head hurt?"
"no why?'
"you have a little cut, ill fix it" I said putting him down on the counter to fix up his cut
"ok your all good now go play"
I ran to Lexie and put my hands over her eyes and she screamed
"Guess who"
"Justin" she said turning around and kissing my lips with love
"where have you been Justin I was worried" Lexie said turning back around to pour milk
I turned her back around making her spill the milk "i was getting ready for tonight, were going out to the beach and Celeb is going to his friends house."
"but--
I cut her off "no butts!" I said running off
lexies POV
ya were finally going out
----night------
I get Celeb ready to go because his friends mom is coming
"ok got everything Celeb?"
"ya bye mommy love you" Celeb said hugging and kissing me and Justin
"ok go get ready" Justin said leaving to go to Celeb's room to get ready in there
"ok"
I grab my purple bikini because I know its Justin's favorite color. I then grab my red dress that loose to go over. I go out of the room to see Justin's little note it says " go to the beach, ill be there - Justin <3 " ok I guess ill go
---beach-----
I get there and to see the most beautiful walk way ever. the rose's were going to the water. then there was another note
" take off the dress that's over because your going to get wet ;) - Justin " ok I see a boat. then take of the dress and go onto the boat. the boat ride took 10 minutes and t lead to another island. it was a small island. as soon as I got off the boat some guy lead me into the forest. it was dark but soon lit up by lanterns flying up as we walked by. I got seated to a random table and saw another note " Ill be there soon just look up - Justin " I looked up and down came Justin in a tux.
"wow nice entrance" I said kissing him
"thanks" he said smirking
our food then came, I had a salad with chicken fried rice (my fav) and Justin had salad with normal chicken. we ate and then Justin spoke up "Lexie your the best and all I want you to say is yes" I was confused. he went down on one knee and said "Lexie mae will you marry me?"
"yes Justin yes" I said kissing him
Justin put on the ring and it fit perfect. even though it was too big I didn't care he was just so romantic.
