We walked in silence with the occasional groan from Nick. After about fifteen minutes of walking we came to a room with a plaque on the door that read, "Infirmary." I was glad. Nick's weight was making him very difficult to carry and it wouldn't have been very long until I would've had to set him down and slowed our group down. When we walked in I set Nick down on a bed and looked around. All the bed were empty except one where a man with a bandage around his head was lying while a woman in a doctor's uniform stood next to him fiddling with a machine. She looked up when the girl said, "Mom?" "Oh, hello Cleo. How did your mission-" Her voice faded away when she saw Nick. "How long?" She asked "About half an hour," Bay said looking concerned that she looked so scared. "Okay, I think can save him," She said starting to clean his right side off with antiseptic. Bay and the girl named Cleo let out a sigh of relief. Seeing Bay's bleeding ankle the lady said, "Did ANYONE not lose blood today?" She said, exasperated. "I didn't!" Erica said proudly. The woman gave Bay some antiseptic and gauze. "OKAY, now that Nick isn't going to die and Bay has stopped bleeding profusely I would like to know what in the name of orangutans is going on." Said Erica impatiently. "I'll explain," Volunteered Bay. "First of all, let's talk about Nick, Cleo and me. We're all David's children and she," He said pointing to the nurse who was putting Nick under anesthesia, "Is our mother."
