We're moving house! Dad told us this morning, over breakfast. The company he works for has got a new branch in London and he's been posted as the boss. Mum doesn't really approve- she's always disliked the city. But Harry and I are so excited. We've never been to London. And it will be a great opportunity. I have few friends here so I hope I'll make more in our new neighborhood.
The move is the reason for this diary- a present from Dad for our new start. I got this notebook, Harry got a doll (even though she's never been much of a girly-girl) and Mum got yet another cookbook.
Anyway, I'll have to leave this here. Mum's just called up- dinner's ready in five minutes. I'll write more tomorrow.
