*3 day time skip*

I peeked around the corner as I silently made my way throughout the maze of halls, it was quiet, very quiet, I don't like quiet.

I swiftly walked down the hallway

I was still getting used to the feel of the Phantomhive manor, and dealing with crutches, and a dress, and some awkward friendship with Ciel, I sighed loudly as I looked around for something I recognized, I whined before finally accepting my fate, I inhaled

" Sebastian! Help, I'm lost... again"

" Lady Benalla, if you're going to work here you have to learn the layout of the house"

I jumped at Sebastian's sudden appearance, I turned and frowned at him

"Quit scaring me like that! And get off my case I've only been here for 3 days" I grumbled, he sighed

"truly, I swear you're killing me" He sighed again "follow me, my lady," he said as he turned and briskly left, for me to follow, I stumbled after him, catching sight of him as he turned the next corner, leaving me behind

"Well you're no help" I growled as I stopped

"Alright, what are you up to now Lucifer?"

My head snapped in the direction of the person speaking

"Luci" I revised as I flashed the Earl my usual innocent smile, the little puppy, hmm a bit of excitement, in this boring manor.

"Puppy" I greeted, with an honest smile on my face

"Ciel" he corrected as he looked me up and down "what are you trying to get into now?"

I grinned

"Wellllllllll, I wasn't doing anything but now that you brought it up..." I started, the puppy glowered at me

"Don't"

"I wasn't going to do anything! I swear!" I said laughing

"good, it better stay that way", He said lightening up slightly, I beamed at him " can you show me to the kitchen?" I asked, he raised an eyebrow

" may I ask why? Bard is most likely going to burn down the kitchen anyway"

" I want a snack, is that too much to ask?" I said, attempting to hide a snicker, he sighed " come on then" he grabbed my wrist, "careful!" I whined, almost falling on top of him, also yanking my wrist away in the process

I followed him down the hallway, practically on his heels, the slight clicking of my crutches the only sound between us.

" the dress fits you nicely" he commented not looking back at me, a light blush bloomed on my cheeks
