She's the one

(Elizabeth's POV)

The party was getting boring, I just wanted to be home with Carolyn but then the most beautiful woman walked into the room, HE hair was dark, she was tall and thin and was wearing a purple dress. I don't know how long I was staring at her for, I wanted to go over and talk to her but I didn't have the courage, just as I was about to get up she walked over with two drinks in her hands and placed one in front of me taking a seat.

"Hello" she smiled
"Hello" I said shyly smiling back
"I couldn't help but notice you staring at me" she laughed, I blushed a little and looked down at my drink.
"You're the most beautiful person in the room" she whispered leaning in close, I blushed again and she smiled. "I'm Angelique Bouchard" she said putting her hand out for me to shake.
"Elizabeth Collins" I say shaking her hand. The two of us spent hours talking and laughing and sharing things about our families and past.
'She's the one' I thought to myself when was talking.

Angelique cam around to my side of the table and sat next to me and kissed me, I smiled and wrapped my arms around her neck.

"I have a room upstairs" she whispered
"I'd love to but I need to get home to my daughter"
She pulled away "you have a daughter?" She asked
'Oh great, here we go again, she's going to leave' I thought,
"Yes" I said nodding
"How old is she?"
"Four" I smile
"And her father"
I looked down at my lap "he left me when I was 3 months pregnant with Carolyn"
"Oh honey I'm so sorry, maybe I can meet her one day? Sometime soon?"
"That would be amazing" I say "I live on collinsport"
"Really? Me too!" She said "how come I have never seen you?"
"We barley ever leave the house I say"

The two of us get up and leave the party getting into the same car, she kisses me again, this time I bring her onto my lap.

The car arrived at my house
"Do you want to come in?"  I ask
"I would love that" she replies and we make our way into the house.
