A man walked through the desert, he climbed a tiny mountain of sand, and then he saw it. It was just like everyone had told him it would be.
"At first glance it might just look like a normal city " people used to say, but he knew there was secret. He walked towards the city, as he came closer and closer, the sand felt heavier on his feet, and the warm winds pushed the man backwards, like if the nature didn't want him to get to the town. He walked all the way over to it, pulled out an emerald and raised it high above his head, whispering "Dhaluck, mhazgard." But nothing seemed to happen.
After a while, a man wearing a black cape walked towards the man, he came all the way up to him and just stopped right om front of him. He took my arm down. "It will do no good." He whispered and looked at the surprised man as took his hood of, and revealed himself. He had half-long black hair and brow eyes. "I'm Waarun" he told me and reached out his hand. The surprised man took his hand and said "Meraw, Sawyer". "What brings you to these damned villages with such ambitions as awaking The Golem, Mr. Meraw?" The black haired man asked and looked around. "I figured, since the people have always feared the golem, I might come up here and bring it far far away from these lands." Waarun gave Sawyer a weird look. "You know, The Capital has an army, I'm sure they'd be able to take out a golem." Sawyer said. Waarun widened his eyes, looked around quickly and stepped closer to Sawyer, "Mr. Meraw, with all due respect, I think you have gotten it all wrong, you see, The Golem, is not literally a golem." he said. Sawyer tilted his head a little to the right. " Meraw, The Golem is a creature that roams underground, like a giant worm, if it were to be awakened it would surface, and nobody quite know what would happen if an event like that occurred. Only from moving in its deep sleep it has caused huge earthquakes." Sawyer stepped back, "Well why wouldn't the army be able to beat a-" Waarun gave him a hard look before Sawyer continued, ".. Be able to beat THE Golem?" Waarun smiled, and said, "The Golem cannot be beaten by force, what you need is skill." Sawyer looked questioning at him, "Follow me Mr. Meraw." Waarun said and started walking into the city. Meraw figured he didn't have much else to do, so he followed.
As they came closer and closer to the village Sawyer realized, there wasn't much left of the once so mighty skyscrapers, the city was in ruins, buildings tilted sideways, broken windows, cracks all over the city. Waarun stopped, "Mr. Meraw," he said and turned around. "Are you ready to prepare for the fight of your life?" Sawyer stepped towards him, "Yes, Waarun, tell me what I need to do." Waarun smiled, "Ambitious, I like that." He said. "I've been trained by The Capital's army, I think I can learn whatever it is you want to teach." Sawyer said. Waarun laughed friendly, "You think you have got what you need?" Sawyer smiled, "Try me" he said. Waarun took of his cape, and let it fall to the ground, "Very well, Sawyer." He said "Try to keep up." He started running, Sawyer put his backpack down and ran after him, he didn't have any problem catching up with Waarun, so when he did he said, "Hah, is this all you've got?" Waarun just smiled and said, "Nope." Waarun took a sharp left turn and ran towards one of the sky scrapers, "Name's Isaac by the way." He said as he ran towards the building. "I'll race you to the top of that building." Isaac said. Sawyer look at him and asked, "How do you know the stairs are intact?" Isaac looked back at him and smiled, "I don't" Sawyer smiled and ran faster, and Isaac followed, just a brief couple of seconds before Sawyer was about to dive through one of the shattered windows of the building, he saw Isaac leap towards the wall, and start climbing the building, Sawyer stopped for a moment and looked up at Isaac as he swung himself back and forth between the windows, pulling himself up from cracks in the wall and hooks. Sawyer got his mind back together and threw himself through the window, the inside of the building was dark, he saw some stairs and started running up the stairs, he looked up and saw Isaac climbing in through a window a couple of floors above, Sawyer saw Isaac literally climbing the stairs, then he kept running up.
