Navid's POV

We are at the hospital.

I brushed my hair frustratedly.

"Take a seat Navid" Namjoon ordered.

I looked at my daughter.

Myrtle...

Pdnim was right.

I took a seat by the bed.

"Myrtle.. Honey" I whispered

After ko marinig yung sinabi ni janthe, Namjoon and I rushed myrtle to the hospital when we saw her lying on the ground. Her nose was bleeding. And she looked so pale.

Doctor said she's been stressing out too much. What can my daughter possibly be so stressed about?

The doctor also told me something. Pdnim ordered him to tell me privately.

Myrtle's got cancer. Its spreading incredibly fast. I noticed these symptoms before but we never thought it was serious. And PDnim informed me about it. Kaya ako sumali ng WGM in the first place... Dahil sang deal sakin ni PDnim, he'll take care of myrtle's expenses in exchange of joining WGM.

And I did. For my daughter.. For our daughter. I looked at Namjoon. Mukha din siyang puyat dahil nagbantay din siya kagabi. The other members were with us last night. Pinauwi lang sila dahil past visiting hours na. They said they'll be back today.

"Navid. Do you want to eat first?" Namjoon asked.

And for the first time since we met, his voice was full of concern for me.

"No. I'm fine." I said

"No. You know what, you go buy us something to eat. Walang matutulong kay myrtle sang pagpapagutom mo." Namjoon said

But I don't want to leave her.

"Don't worry. I'll watch myrtle." He said

I sighed and took my wallet.

Myrtle inherited this disease from namjoon's side of the family... His mother died because of cancer. His grandfather too. I don't want to lose my daughter.

Please... I was so occupied thinking of my daughter's condition that I didn't notice I bumped someone.

"Oh sorry!"

He helped me stand.

"Its okay.. Navid?"

I looked at him.

"Booth?" I said

"It is you! Anong ginagawa mo dito?" He asked

"my daughter is confined" I replied

"Myrtle? Sa room 918? Patient Myrtle Kim? " he asked

"Yes. How'd you know?' I asked

"She's my patient. Pero di ko ulam na anak mo." Booth said

I gave him a sad smile.

"You'll help her. Right? You will cure my daughter" I said hoping

"I'll do my best" he replied

After Navid left. A resident doctor came in to check on myrtle.

"Good morning sir. I-check ko lang po yung patient. " she said

I nodded.
