As I climb the tree memory's flashed through my mind...
"Thea, push yourself harder!"
"I'm sorry, Hayden, I can't go anymore..." I said panting.
"I need a break."
"Fine you can have a break...but first..."
Hayden charged me. He was way faster than me. I didn't have that much energy left in me but I had enough to dodge his first punch. I counter attacked to the gut, but of course I missed. I don't know anyone better than him at hand-to-hand combat. He is better than an assassin! He kept coming for me I dodged and countered. Missed. Got punched. Countered. Got punched again. We did this until I couldn't get off the floor. I was exhausted!
"Okay! You win!" I said in so much pain.
"Thea...You can't give up. Ever." He said this helping me up.
