Stephs's P.O.V

When school was about to start up again Cal could walk a little and say a few words. we got him a babysitter and brought him over to a daycare if the babysitter couldn't make it. and he would stay there until I got home. I brought him to the school once and everyone thought he was so cute. My class was great everyone seemed to have a smile on their face most of the time, which always makes me happy. When I was in school students only smiled when they liked their teacher.

Rob had to leave for his movie premiere and decided to bring Cal along with him. I missed them so much but I was glad they got to have some father son time. 

"Hey Steph you think you could give me a ride home tonight?" Mr. Jackson asked. (One of my teacher friends) "Ya sure where abouts do you live?" I asked. "Over by that smoothie place magie's or something like that" He replied. "Okay Ya I can drop you off on my way home." I said.

We were just on our lunch so we still had some time before I had to give him a ride home. I always give Rob a call on my lunch well he's  gone so I headed outside to call.

Hey babe, how's your day going?

Good even better now, I miss my babies

We miss you too

How is the little guy?

He's doing great I think he's gotten used to all the cameras and stuff, but everyone loves him.

That's good mind if I have a little chat with him?

I talked to Cal for a while before Rob got back on the phone.

God I really miss you guys you know that

Of course I do and Cal misses you and I miss you more than anything being without you for a week feels like forever

I know I just want to see you again I'm taking time off next time and going with you

Okay sexy i'll bring you anywhere

Well I should hope so I was hoping to travel the world

Okay deal 

Well sadly I have to go eat my lunch and finish up the day 

Okay i'll talk to you after?

Well I have a meeting after and I have to drive a friend home but I should be able to call around 5:30 6 ish

Okay is it Mr. Jackson or Mrs. balkel?

Mr.Jackson and don't you worry I'll talk to you later and I'll see you soon hopefully

Okay I'll try not to and i'll see you next week I love you bye

I smiled and hung up then headed back inside to eat. 

After school I headed off the the meeting as soon as all the students were gone. Then met up with Mr.Jackson.

"okay you ready to go?" I asked. "Ya let me just grab my jacket I'll meet you at your car" He said then went to get his coat. I headed out to the car and got it started.

"Alright lets go" He said as he climbed into the passengers seat. I back out of the parking lot and headed out. 

"Hey steph mind if I tell you something?" He asked. "Ya sure go ahead." "Actually I'd rather show you." I became confused for a moment before I felt a hand touch my face and my head was turned to face Mr.Jackson. He leaned forward kissing me. I raised my eyebrows in surprise then got angry and pushed him away. 

"What the hell was that!?" I yelled at him. He raised his hands and leaned back looking towards the road before his eyes became wide and he yelled. "WATCH OUT!!" I turned to look at the road and saw a red light and a truck before we hit. My head smacked against the steering wheel and the airbag flew out before everything became darkness.

My eyes opened to brightness. I was looking across a big lawn, my lawn. Cal running towards me with Rob standing not so far away. I smiled at them both and lifted Cal off the ground and into my arms. Rob walked over placing a hand on my face and smiling at me. "Forever and always" The words came smoothly from his mouth. "Forever and always" I replied before everything became darkness once again. 

...10 years later

3rd person

the rain pounded on the ground and the windows as the wind blew the leaves around the ground. Nobody in sight no birds nothing except for one man. Walking down the road in a jacket and jeans soaking wet flowers and a laminated drawing of a woman in his hand. His tears blended with the rain as they fell from his eyes. He was heading towards a place where everything seemed to be better.

There was a small cabin he had built for him and his wife to spend some time together. They never got to use it. But he loved to go there after dropping off his son at a friends. He always imagined his life as though everything was okay. As though his wife never got into that car crash, As though she survived and not the man that caused her to crash. As though he were with her that day to save her life. He knew he would never find anyone like her and his heart would never be full again.

His brother found someone to love for the rest of his life and would try and get him back on his feet but he was never the same since his wife died. He never smiled he never went out the only thing he would do is make movies but it was all just acting things he was good at. 

His life was full of  darkness, full of sadness, and all at once full of nothing. It was all like a big Black out.

I know I know I know its a very sad ending I just wanted o show that not everything has a happy ending and not everything turns out to be okay. But I promise I'll do an alternate ending if you guys want me to, I really enjoyed writing this story and I want to thank everyone who read it if it weren't for you guys I might not have kept writing so thank you and please comment if you want that alternate ending but  I hope you enjoyed it I love you all for reading!!
