i sat quietly by myself far from everyone so i don't need to have people trying to talk to me while i'm trying to read mr.jones lips of the lecture . now after being deaf for years it's actually gotten incredibly easy to read lips quick .
now mr.jones knew about my deaf problem so he would provide slides of what he is saying like subtitles .
i really didn't like the class and when i say class i mean the people in it . i really enjoy the subject and the teacher a lot but some people here were fucking douche bags trying to disturb everyone or playing on there phone .
clearly it was those who didn't see the big deal here and probably didn't have any struggle into getting in school finically .
as for me i was living off all the scholarships people offered me and did not get a single cent from student loans no matter how much i may have needed it .
i guess that's why i haven't fucked up yet in the finical world and was doing okay . i have a roommate in a apartment near my school so i can just walk there ( and not waste money on gas and such ) . well his name is bryce and he is a young wild child full of life which i find quite annoying sometimes but nontheless he is one of my greatest friends i have with me today .
i feel a paper ball being thrown at me landing on my desk . i look around seeing evan smiling at me sweetly . i didn't show any emotion back as i unfolded it starting to read his nice bubbly writing .
" hey jon there's a party on friday at craig's place ! i don't know if you know him but i was wondering if you could go with me ? " i sighed at the paper crumbling it and looking at evan shaking my head and throwing it back .
i look back at everyone to see that they were looking at me i furrowed my eyebrows then look at ryan seeing him give a disapproving shake of his head .
i bite my bottom lip and nod at him not wanting talk . i don't think i have ever talked in this class at all ever since i transferred into it so i was just trying to keep it up .
" well i guess it's a perfect time to announce another partner project !" i read ryan's lips as i widened my eyes .
i look back at everyone to see the horror in everyone's faces . i look down to see a flash go off on my phone to see brock message me .
brock is one of the only friends i have here at this school and he knows im deaf .
brock is popular but unlike all the other people here it was for the good reasons . he's a teachers pet to everyone and loves to help out the school by going to games and playing sports and getting to know the new kids and show them around, which is how we met .
although of that the rest of his friends which include evan and craig they all are popular for the wrong reasons . disrupting classes, vandalism, and getting in fights with others .
now the reason they haven't been kicked out of this school is because of brock. he is the sweet angel of the school and was always covering for them .
i look at brock with a raised eyebrow as i check his message . " well i guess you should know this is that ryan is going to chose a person he thinks you should date so prepare yourself lol " i kept my concerned face as i look up to a smirking ryan .
he showed us slides about the project " Build Trust In a Week "
i already hated this project and all i knew was that it involves being with another person and that it's named " build trust in a week " .
i see the slide change where it shows who's our parnthers and that we will find out what this project really is about . i got my stuff ready to leave before i looked to see my partner. i go up to the board only to find my name all the way in the bottom which had an arrow to.. hold the fuck up .
not fucking him .

so this book is not going to have a lot of dialogue because well jon is deaf lmao . so there is going to be more description then dialogue which is going to be pretty tough on my part because i love to use dialogue as much as possible and this is a little weird to get used to .
