Chapter 4

The rest of the week went by pretty slowly..like really slow. Whenever it was Tuesday it felt like Thursday but now it's Friday!

Tonight all of is are heading to the cinema then going to Emma's for a sleepover.

I know what you must be thinking. Why are we always at Emma's? Well it's cause she has the biggest and the best house out of all of us haha. So we tend to go there all the time.

I still don't know what's going on between Darren and I. He keeps sneaking in little kisses here and there when no ones looking and is really sweet but he's never tried to make a move to ask me out or even mention something.

After all he did tell me he liked me.

I got home and changed then headed for the cinema and met up with the others. I'm going to have a real fun night tonight I'm not going to think about Darren and just enjoy being with my friends.

We returned home from the cinema laughing as per usual! Haha

It was after half eleven but her parents didn't mind.

"So guys what yas wanna do?" Emma asks.

"Truth or dare!" Jennifer shouts.

"SSSH!" We all say trying not to laugh...but we failed that haha.

"Oops haha sorry!" She whispers.

Before all that we went up to get changed. While I was in the spare room I heard a soft knock on the door.

"Who is it?" I said.

"It's Darren."

My heart started beating faster at the sound of his voice.

"Come on in," I reply.

He walked in and if course I could have dropped dead right on this very spot. He walked in the room in nothing but sweatpants. I need some cool air..like now!

"Sorry did we wake you?" I asked shakily.

"You know I don't sleep till like one in the morning," he said laughing.

I laughed with him then he placed his arms around my waist pulling me closer to him.

Oh god...this was not helping!

He starting kissing my neck softly and making his way up.

"Darren....I..I have to go back down," I managed to say.

I turned round placing my arms round his neck.

"But I suppose five minutes won't hurt anyone," I said grinning.

He smiled back then picked me up and placed me down on the spare bed.

He started kissing up from my shoulder and all the way up to my lips. I couldn't contain myself any longer and kissed him with so much passion, then rolled over so I was on top.

It started to get a little heated up and he attempted to remove some clothing but I stopped him and continued kissing him. I trailed my hands down his perfectly toned chest and he moaned.

"Darren!" I said quietly while giggling.

"I can't help myself," he said grinning.

I kissed him once more then got up.

"I need to go down like now," I said laughing.

He quickly pulled me in for one more kiss.

"I'll say goodnight now since I might not see you later," he said then kissed me once more.

"Night," I said and quickly headed downstairs.

Everyone was having a laugh playing truth or dares but we had to be quiet too otherwise Emma's parents would wake up.

"Ok Leah truth or dare?" Courtney says in a posh tone.

I stared laughing while deciding which to choose.

"I'll go with a truth," I said.

"If Darren asked you to be his girlfriend, what would you say?" She asked grinning.

My heartbeat increased and I blushed slightly.

"Um..I..I'd say no," that was a lie but if I said yes I wouldn't hear the end of it.

"Why?" Everyone asked in unison.

"I guess he's not my type and he's five years older than me," i replied.

What will they think when they find out we've kissed?! I really don't know but that'll have to stay a secret for now.

We continued playing then decided to head to sleep. I was pretty tired after a long week of school.

I miss Darren, I know that sounds stupid but I really do. I want to be in his arms, for him to hold me and kiss me.

I'll have to wait until the morning...urghh that's too long to wait!
