You exited the room but momentarily stopped walking and looked out the window. Sebastian and Ciel were welcoming guests when someone in a trenchcoat showed it. 'Scotland Yard makes an appearance. No matter. They're a useless lot anyway.' You walked into a room, made sure no one was looking, and closed the door. You picked up the telephone and dialed the number.

"Who is this?"

"It's me."

"Ah, your scheduled call. You seem to have infiltrated them successfully. She's bloody simple-minded if she took you for a respectable young lady and happily invited you to the Phantomhives. Well, you know your job. You be sure to kill that damned butler and bring Ciel Phantomhive to me. This is our revenge for Azzurro and the Ferro family! The butler uses strange tricks, so watch out. Though I suppose this will be an easy task for the expert assassin they call the 'Mad Dog of Venice.'"

You hung up and unsheathed your dagger. "So here you are." You carefully put your dagger back and turned around to face Sebastian. "The ball is about to begin." You made your way to the guest room feeling Sebastian's eyes on your every move.

"Tighter! Make it tighter! Today is a special day, so cinch it tightly!"

"Yes, my lady...!"

"Oh, hello dear!" You acknowledge her greeting and Elizabeth hurried to put on her dress.

"Look at this dress! Isn't it just too cute?" She twirled admiring it.

"Yes, it is and it compliments you quite nicely."

"Oh, good! And you look ever so cu—" She looked at the dress more closely. "This dress...It suits you ever so well. So make sure Ciel sees you in it...during the ball..." Elizabeth crumpled to the ground.

"My lady!" Paula rushed to Elizabeth's aid but soon was rendered unconscious. You looked around the room to find the source of the gas but instead heard a male voice.

"No need to fear." Your vision became blurry and you fell unconscious.

"Daddy! Daddy! Pick me up! Pick me up!"

"Okay, okay!" he said chuckling. He gently lifted you up and spun you around. You giggled as you were whirled around.

"Be careful!"

"Don't worry! She'll be fine. You trust me right?"

"Yes!"

"See, she even said so herself."

"What I am to do with you?" your mother sighed.

"You know you love me~" Everything had been just fine back then. Everyone was so happy but just like that, it just unraveled. What happened?

"Where were you?! It's late! You said you weren't going to drink! It hasn't been even a month since Elena was born, and now you're stumbling home drunk?!"

"Shut up! As if you should talk, you were the one coming home late every night since we were married with the smell of cologne."

"I told you that was just a one-time thing! I stopped it once she was born!"

"Hah! As if. I see you sneaking in and out the house in the middle of the night."

"What do you know? You've been too intoxicated to even notice anything."
