SHAPESHIFTER

|Shapeshifters can take on a living or dead person's physical appearance by shedding their skin, teeth and nails. When they change, they literally become the person they're mimicking, gaining everything, including fingerprints and DNA. The shift can take up to several hours or mere minutes. They are also arguably the most human-like monsters there are. Due to having human impulses and desires, shapeshifters are not driven instinctually like a werewolf or face the bloodlust of a vetala and commit their acts by free will.|

|The most known evolved shapeshifter bloodline is the Vitale, being the most skilled of their kin with an instinct that's easier to fool their prey. Being able to change on a whim with a simple thought, the change lasts only seconds. In a blink of an eye they appear to be someone else, yet their eyes will shine a brilliant blue that coaxes their prey into false security. The most advanced trait of the New Orleans shifters that set them apart from others of their kind are that they can take the forms of inhuman characteristics, such as  fangs or  claws. Making them just as dangerous as the other monsters within the city.|

WEREWOLF

|A type of Shapeshifter who turn into beasts rather than another human form. Possessing the predator instinct to hunt with just a cover of soft skin that keeps the monster inside them from ripping its way to the surface. Naturally organizing themselves into packs to maintain stability the leader is considered to be the alpha pair. Rank order is established through a series of fights and posture. Wolves prefer psychological warfare than confrontations, meaning that the higher-ranking status relies mostly on personality and attitude rather than strength|

|Evolved and transformed over the long time the werewolves have been around, it is said that only pure-blooded werewolves can change certain parts of them into their wolf at will. The animal inside has grown darker as they progress and noxious as they age. Created to be a predator with two sneaky forms, werewolves are the most unpredictable in the supernatural community.
