Hi I'm Jade, a regular girl in a regular time, junior high. I have good friends, well most of them. I have a rude friend-faatimah, a I don't know what to call her friend-Maddie, a weird friend-Kyra, and two good friends who are kinda bad-Alexis and Stella. I like to be quiet. I am the good girl, the gg, the innocent one. But I don't have to be.

We are in school when I hear the "losers who think they're popular" talk about a new guy coming in there excited voices in first period, math. I turn around to my friend Cleo who sits behind me and say, "wonder who he is, if he's actually a person."

"Yea," Cleo says giggling. She giggles a lot. Cleo has long blonde hair and a likable personality. She can be a little too perky at times but she's still a great friend. I don't know why she bothers to be my friend. We talk all the time in math and the teacher mr ernesti doesn't really care or notice. "Wonder if he's cute!?" She says moving her eyebrows up and down.
"Cleo! Are you cheating on danger!?" I say exclaiming with my hand on my heart. (Danger is a guy she likes named Tylor who I nicknamed danger.) Her face turns red.
"Jade!" Cleo says looking ahead of me where Tylor sits. I burst out laughing. "Stop it!!!" Cleo says her face turning even reader.
"Okay Sugar," I say moving my eyebrows up and down. Sugar is my nickname for Cleo. She starts giggling again.
We're in the middle of a lesson that I'm not paying attention to when the speaker goes off, "Jade to the office, Jade to the office."
I wasn't really paying attention so Cleo hit me on the shoulder and said, "that's you!"
"Oh, I should go I guess," I say standing up and leaving the classroom.
I walk to the office and notice a guy around my age sitting there, I would say he's kinda cute but 1) that's an understatement 2) I gave up on guys.
The guy stands up when he sees me and says, "hey, I'm Leo Calpurtez."
