Your POVYou and Dave have finally been released from the hospital. Its about damn time! Though their service was good, their food was garbage. Your broken rib had healed, though they want you to return soon for a check up. Dave had some stitches in his head. He was back to normal Dave when you both were released. All cool and nonchalant about things, as if that day never happened. Dirk offered to take you home. You gladly accepted. You told him the apartment complex you lived in and he smiled.
"Hey, we live their too. Sweet!"
You giggled. Bro had been a huge help lately. The whole time in the hospital he would come in your room and chat or play some card games, something to cheer you up. Occasionally you'd hear Dave and Bro in the other room. Bro would say something you couldn't hear and Dave would always whine "BROOOOO STOP IT!" Causing Dirk to laugh. You didn't know what they were talking about but it always made you giggle.
You sat in the back seat of the car they had. Dave was in the passenger seat and of course, Bro was driving. You arrived to the apartment complex and Dave got out and opened your door for you. You thanked him and slowly and carefully made your way out. You still had that stupid cast on for your right leg. You get it off in a few weeks though. It was okay to walk on it, just not too often. Dirk carried your school bag that you had and your crutches. Dave shut the car doors and began helping you inside. When you guys reached the elevator Dirk looked at you and Dave. You had tripped over yourself and landed into Dave's chest. He easily caught you, but was blushing in the progress.
"You okay?" His voice was a bit shaky. You blush as well and nod as the doors to the elevator shut. You noticed Dirks smirk and you slightly glare at him.
"What floor?" Dirk asked.
"Top floor." You say, smiling at Bro. He smiled back.
"Good, we stay on the same floor as well. That means I better be expecting some visits young lady." His voice was calm yet sexual. You just giggle knowing he means to chat like before.
"You have my word."
The bing of the elevator told you that you had reached your destination. Dave continues helping you out the elevator.
"Okay which room?" He asked, looked at all the doors.
"Uhh 415 I do believe.." it's been a while since you've been back here. Man, you I can't wait to eat some real food and lay in your comfortable ass bed.
Dave's lips twitched into a small smile.
"Cool you live right next door to us." He was putting on his cool facade again. You wished he'd actually smile. You've seen it before at the hospital but it would always fade right after.
He brought you to your room. You took the spare key that a you hid under the welcome mat and unlock your door. You walk in and can't help but smile. Everything is exactly the same as you left it that morning long ago. Your soft sofa remained untouched for the longest. You flop down and giggle smothering yourself with the beautiful matching soft pillows. Dirk chuckles and heads for the kitchen while Dave sits next to you.
