Fear
Chapter 1
Fear is something everyone experiences. My biggest fear is having to kill my girlfriend Diamond and her older sister Nikki and my little sister Riley. I wake up every night drenched in sweat. I have the same dream every night and I don’t get a lot of sleep. When I wake up from the dream I get up and go take a shower. When I get out I go and get dressed for school. By the time I finished it was time for school. When I left I got in my Ferrari F430 and drove to school. It took me about twenty minutes to get to school. After I parked my car I went to my homeroom. As I sat down someone gave me a note. When I looked at the name it said Diamond. I turned around so I could look at Diamond. When she saw me look at her she pointed at the note. When I unfolded the note and read it I laughed to myself. Before I told someone to give her the note I wrote “ I thought I was.”. When she got it she looked at me and smiled. After class was over she walked up to me and asked “How long have you liked me Wolf?” I looked at her and said “ Since we started high school.” As we walked to our next class Serah ran up to me and said “Drake is bullying Riley.” When she told me I told Diamond to go get a teacher. It took me less than a minute to get upstairs. When I got upstairs there was a big crowd. I pushed my way through the crowd. When I got through Riley was pinned against a locker. When she saw me she shook her head at me because she knew what I was about to do. I charged Drake and he fell to the floor. “ Are you alright Riley?” I asked. She looked at me and said “I’m fine Wolf.” When I wasn’t looking Drake got up and punched me in the ribs. It stunned me for a second. After I got up I punched him in his throat. Then I was going to kick him in the chest but Riley got in my way. “ Wolf stop he learned his lesson.” She said. I just stood there after Drake walked away. After about ten minutes I went to my next class. I was in class for about fifteen minutes before I was called to the office. I knew I was in trouble. When I walked in the principle said I was suspended for a week. As I walked out Diamond and Riley was waiting for me. I thought they were mad at me but they weren’t. Riley gave me a hug and Diamond gave me a kiss on the check. Diamond asked “ Did you get suspended?” I told them I did. “ Did either of you get suspended?” They both said yeah. After they told me why we went and got in the car and drove home. “Before we go home where do you want to eat Riley?” She looked at me like she was confused. “ For your birthday.” She started to laugh. “ Oh. Let me think.” She said. While she thought where she wanted to eat Diamond looked at me and said she wanted to move in with us. I said “I didn’t mind if you move in with us.” She leaned over and gave me a kiss and said “ Thank you Wolf.” When we got to a traffic light Riley said “ I know where I want to go.” I looked in the mirror and said “ Where do you want to go?” She smiled and said “ Golden Carol!” I looked at her and said “ Golden Carol it is.” It took us about twenty to thirty minutes to get there. When we walked in the waitress said politely “ Welcome to Golden Carol.” “ What would you three like to drink?” she asked. I looked at Riley to see what she wanted and she said “ Coke please.” While the waitress got Riley her coke Diamond said “ Can I get a grape crush please.” After the waitress got her drink she asked what I wanted. “ Can I get a Dr. Pepper please.” I said politely. When we got our drinks I got my wallet out so I could pay the cashier. When I paid I let Riley pick where we sit. She went to her favorite set of tables. When we put our drinks down we went and got our food. When we sat back down we started eating when a young woman walked up and said “ Hi my name is Jade. I will be your waitress for today. Can I get you anything?” Before I said anything I looked at Riley’s face and I could tell she wanted some cake. I got up and asked Jade if I could talk to her so Riley and Diamond couldn’t hear. She nodded. We walked about sixty feet and I told her it was my little sister’s birthday. Can someone make her a birthday cake that says “To The World’s Best Baby Sister?” She said that she would talk to her boss. I looked at her and said “ Thank you.” After she walked away I went back to our table and finished eating. Fifteen minutes later Jade came back and said “ I told my boss and he said he would do it personally.” I told Jade “ Thank you.” And gave her a fifty dollar tip. When Jade left I asked Riley what she wanted for her birthday? She said she wanted a Xbox 360 with Need For Speed Rivals. I told her I would get it for her. Thirty minutes later Jade’s boss walked up with Riley’s cake. Riley looked at me and asked “ Wolf when did you plan this?” I told her when I asked to talk to Jade alone. After we finished we got ready to leave. What was left of Riley’s cake we took home. When we got in the car I told Riley and Diamond I was going to drop them off at home while I went to the store. I looked at Diamond and said “ I have a artic Wolf named Fang. When he walks up to you he will growl at you but wait until he licks you before you pet him.” It took about forty-five minutes to get home. When I pulled in the drive way I dropped Diamond and Riley off. When they got in the house I drove off. It took me about forty-five minutes to an hour to get to GameStop. When I walked in I went up to the desk and asked “ Can I get a Xbox 360 with the game Need For Speed Rivals.” The man working went and got what I asked for. When he scanned it the total was $468.54. Before I left I walked around and looked at the 360 games. As I was looking I saw Mass Effect 3. I grabbed it and another controller and went to the checkout desk. That cost about $120. After I got that I got back in the car and drove home. It took about thirty minutes to get home. By the time I got home it was almost 8:00. When I walked in Fang was lying on the couch with Diamond. When I sat Riley’s stuff on the table Diamond turned around and said “ Hey baby.” I looked at her and smiled. “ Looks like you and Fang are really good friends.” Diamond said “ Yeah he is very protective.” I told her I trained him to be. I asked Diamond if she could wrap Riley’s presents up while I take a shower. “ Sure Wolf.” She said. When she said yes I went and got in the shower. When I got out the shower I went to check on Riley. When I knocked on her door she said “ Come in” When I walked in I said “ Come downstairs I got a surprise.” After I told her I went back downstairs. When Riley came down I told that I put her presents in the living room. Before she opened them I got a camera so I could record her. When she saw what I got her she jumped up and gave me a hug and said “ Thank you so much Wolf!” I told her “ You’re welcome” When she calmed down a little I hooked it up and Diamond and I watched her play. When she got tired she went upstairs and went to sleep. I told Diamond I bought Mass Effect 3. After I told her I put it in. We stayed up until 1:30am together. When I finished playing we laid together on the couch. I told Fang to go upstairs with Riley. He did what I told him. Diamond said “ I’m about to go to sleep Wolf.” I looked at her and nodded. After about twenty minutes I went and got in the bed. I tried not to wake Diamond up as I got in the bed. Since we were suspended from school we slept in. When I rolled over I looked at my watch which said 12:00. I got up without waking Diamond up. When I finished taking my shower I made breakfast. After I finished cooking breakfast I took Fang for a walk. Before I left I wrote a note and put it on the counter for Diamond and Riley. I didn’t get back until almost 1:45. When I walked in Riley was playing Need For Speed Rivals. I took Fang’s leash off and he ran and got some water. I walked in the living room and sat next to Diamond. I asked Riley “ What is your favorite car so far?” She thought for a minute and said “The Ferrari 458 Italia” Then she asked me what my favorite car was. “ My favorite car is the McLaren P1.” I told her. “ Hey Riley do you like being a cop or racer?” She said “ I love being the cop.” I told her Diamond and I was going somewhere. “ If someone knocks on the door make sure Fang is right next to you. And lock the door when we leave.” I said. I whistled and Fang ran up to me and sat down. “ If someone tries to hurt Riley protect her ok boy.” When we walked out I waited for Riley to lock the door. When she did Diamond and I got in the car and drove off. Diamond asked “ Where are we going Wolf?” “I’m getting a tattoo Diamond.” I told her. “Of what?” she asked. I’m getting a Wolf with devil wings breathing fire. On my chest.” She looks at me and smiles. It took us about thirty minutes to get there. When we walked in Tori was sitting down reading a magazine. When Tori looked up and saw me she got up and said “ Hey Wolf.” I sat in the chair and told her what I wanted. It took her about twenty minutes to finish the tattoo. “I’ll come back tomorrow and have the color done.” I told her as I paid her. As she put the stuff up she told me “See you tomorrow.” As I walked out I said “You to.” When I got in the car, Diamond asked if she could see my new tattoo. I told her when we got back home. She looked at me and said “Ok.” It took almost fifteen minutes to get home. When we got home Riley, fell asleep on the couch. I walked over to her, carried her to her room and covered her up. After I took a shower I laid on the couch to watch TV. It was almost 11:30 before I fell asleep. The next morning I heard someone knocking on the door but Diamond opened the door before I got up. “Who is it?” I asked. I heard Diamond say “ Hey Nikki! How are you?” “Good and you.” Nikki said. Diamond told them to come in. Nikki looked at me and asked, “Who is that Diamond?” Diamond looked at me and said “ That’s my boyfriend Wolf.” Just then Nikki said “I want you to meet my husband Jorel and my daughter Brianna.” After we introduced ourselves Riley walked downstairs and said “Good morning.” “Oh this is Wolf’s little sister Riley.” Diamond said. “Hi Riley.” Nikki said. “Good morning.” Riley said hiding behind me. I looked at Riley and said “ Don’t be shy.” I looked at Nikki and asked, “Do you need any help bringing your suitcases in?” She looked at me and nodded. Once they unpacked Diamond finished cooking breakfast.
