The Wedding

Coming Home

I'm going home, I'm going home to my husband and my super comfortable bed and there's nothing Riley or her crazy ass uncle to do to stop me. Who do the hell do they think they are? Thinking they can just kidnap me like i'd sit back and just let them ruin my life because Riley thinks that my husband, someone who has never met her, was supposed to fall in love with her? I think the fuck not. As I shift lanes to get to my road, i feel the baby kick and I can't help but smile and feel so overjoyed that I'm going home to my husband who loves me.

I pull into the driveway and see a car I've never seen before. I enter the house to see the last person I ever wanted to see ever again. Joshua was standing in my kitchen talking to my husband. I think I made it hella fucking clear that i never wanted to see or talk to him ever again, ever. 

"Well this is awkward." Josh said getting up from the stool he was sitting on. "I think I'll just go." he said heading for the door. "Oh hell no, you better get your crazy ass back over here so i can whoop it for you. Did you think that you could get away with trying to ruin my life? You apparently don't know me very well if you thought that I'd keep my loud mouth shut. You better get back here and explain to Lucas what you did to me." 

"What are you talking about Maya?" "I'll let Josh tell you." I said as I folded my arm over my chest. Josh just stood there looking at the floor. "Oh so now that Lucas is here, someone who can hand your ass to you, you don't want to act big and bad? Okay." I said getting in his face. "Okay, someone better tell what the hell is going on." Said Lucas looking like he was getting heated. " Let me tell you exactly what happened, you know how I was gone yesterday? Well that's because this shit of a person kidnapped me and threatened our baby if I didn't leave you and go with him. And Riley, who I thought was my bestfriend actually was the one who orchestrated this whole damn thing because she had this idea that I stole you from her. So feel free to wholeheartedly  whoop his ass." 

Before I could even finish, Lucas was already across the room with Josh pinned to the wall. "You ever touch her or my kid or even enter this city ever again, I'll kill you. Understood?

Once Lucas let go of him, he ran and never looked back. 

"I'n so sorry. I'll never let anything happen to you ever again."

And nothing ever did.
