"Presenting the graduating class of 2014!" Our principal announced, leaving a huge smile on my face. I had finally graduated high school! I covered my ears as the applause from our families became deafening.

I ran up to my best friend of 7 years, Trisha and her family. I laughed at her little sister Patty. She was hiding under a table. I looked for her younger brother Joey, but gave up and settled for Trisha and her older sister Carissa.

"We finally graduated!" she screeched, and I smiled big. I was so happy that we didn't have to deal with annoying ass high school kids anymore. Carissa ran up and jumped on me, making me chuckle. For some reason, Car only was this clingy with me, and as much as I loved her and everything, now was not the time. I placed her petite frame back on the ground and ran over to some of my friends.

I saw Lex and Aleisha with Sam and hugged them, making us all cry. I said my goodbyes and decided to go over to my mom. We started the drive home, and as soon as I got home I changed into some studded high-waisted shorts, my bikini top, and a thin crop sweater over top. I grabbed my Chucks and slipped them on over my socks and grabbed my phone.

"Mom, I'm running to Trisha's!" I yelled to my mom, and my 5-year old sister Annabelle ran out to see me. She gave me my skateboard and I gave her a hug. "Thanks, Belle." She kissed me on my cheek, and I ran out the front door, locking it behind me. I skateboard the 12 blocks to my best friend's house, to find the door locked. I roll my eyes and walk around to Robby's window and open it, climbing inside, only to find Trisha and Carissa watching Netflix. I flop on the bed next to Trisha and laugh when I realize she didn't hear me climb in the window.

"Holy shit, Lis! Don't fucking do that!" I roll my eyes at how timid she is. Her iPod goes off, and I see a gleam in her eye, and know her boyfriend Ethan is texting her. They've been going strong for almost three years. "Ethan is here to pick me up!" She announces, slipping her shoes on and winking at me before running out.

'Great, now I'm alone with Car...'
