"Jasmine it's time to get up" a voice outside my bedroom door said. Ergh thats my mom waking me for my last day at my school before we move state side. Yes you heard me right were going state side moving all the way to california! At first i was pissed at my mom because don't get me wrong cali is properly a really nice place but she had just dropped a bomb on me in the form of she had divores my dad and we was going to california to live with her new boyfriend who she was also marrying. As you can tell im not a happy bunny, not much i can do about it now all our stuff has been taken now only leaving items for today and tomorrow. "Jasmine get the hell up now or your going to be late" mom said again. 'Errghh!' God damn it suppose ive got to get up then "mom im up and getting dress no need to shout women" i said "glad to hear it now get your ass up" she walked back down stairs leaving me to get ready. Walking to my closet to get dress looking at all my clothes which aren't cominh with us, moms sending them to good will as ive got new clothes new house new life help me please. Grabbing a purple tank top some jeans and my converse of to the bathroom i go, having a quick shower doing my hair and make-up im ready for breakfast.
Down stairs i can hear my mom singing in the kitchen its such a sound to be heard which is odd she hasn't sung in years meaning that she is happy so i have to seem like im happy about this move when im not i want to stay with my dad and finish school with him here in england. Well that ship has sailed been there done that agurment mom wasn't having any of it, said dad would let me get away with anything as things are its what mom says dad does even if its letting me live across the world. "get your breakfast" Mom tells me cutting my thoughts short "hmmm... i'll have jam on toast today got my basketball game later so dont want to be sick" i make my way to the toaster but she gets there before me and puts in my toast 'huh?' Shes never done that before what the hell! Ok then "go sit down i'll do it cuppa in the living room" ok something is going on because she isnt that nice you know you get some moms who are nice and lovely yeah well thats not my mom. So here i sit with my cuppa tea waiting for my toast wondering what she is going to say next "here you are hurry up or your going to be late" "mom whats going on tell me now i know theres something so out it it" i stand there with a piece of toast in hand about to eat it. "Ok smartass, you're right there is something i invited my new man and his family to come to your last basketball game im not sorry either there going to be family so its about time you met" she smiles sweetly at me, dear god did she just say what i think she said! Holy shit i did a anger boiled up within me "what the hell mom cut the crap you picked them to come and watch your daughter win and show how im the best on the team to show how good we are, bullshit to me meeting them they could of came here at anytime im not stupid you no" i stood with hands in fists. "Jasmine calm down dont start your tone with me they will be there tonight if you like it or not, now get the hell out and go to school" then she walked of back into the kitchen converstion over then. I went over got my jacket and bag and walked right out the door not with a goodbye or have a good day well shit what a good way to start the day.
When i got to school all my friends were there with sorry your leaving balloons and posters thats my friends always caring loving me for me, they made my day "im going to miss you jassy" my friend kayleigh said "hey girl dont worry about me i can come back over my dads here" i gave them all a smile "i guess thats all we get your moms a bitch babe, cant stand her" kayleigh said "yeah i know, she made me tea and breakfast this morning i was in shock man let me tell ya so confusing" "what the hell she have a happy pill or something" my bestie georgie said, i went over and gave her a hug and said "hey whore, she told me its because my new famo are coming to the game" "oh so she was trying to butter you up ar got it, cowbag isnt she" georgie said as we were walk towards the school doors "yep" as we walked in the doors what else could i say she was right my mom is a bitch and i dont care at all, im just over it now my mom wasnt always like that she was like other moms lovely and nice but that changed the first time my dad and her had a fight bye bye nice mommy and hello nasty bitch but it is what it is. Walking into our first class and sitting in my seat two strong arms came around me pulling me back to a hard chest "hey baby, cant wait for tonight your going to kick ass!" My long time friends with benefits said, this was josh he has been there for me for years his my best friend boy wise i havent saw him in a few days as i havent been answering my phone or coming to school he properly wants to know why well it was just because i had a black eye from a fight no big deal to me but mommsy wasnt happy as you can proably can guess. "I know we will it because we are the better team no point in them lieing to theresleves is there" "are babe so honest i love it" i turned towards josh as he said that smiling at me, he makes me happy but i would never want him as a boyfriend nope not ever because i know he would cheat he cant help himself yes his a manwhore and he know its too, so here i am grinning at him "my new family will be there tonight mummy deary thought it would be nice for them to meet me haha shes funny isnt she" "jas shes a bitch babe and i dont think shes going to change no point on wishing it to happen when it isnt going to happy" he didnt loom happy at all i need to change the subject and quick "we still partying after my game yeah?" Smiling shyly at him "babe dont worry that pretty little head of yours, ive got it sorted" i turned back round and listened to the teacher time went on and the bell rang for the next lesson i walked out of class smiling today is a day i say goodbye to good friends but im going to keep smiling like i always do.
