What You'll need:
2 Steak Tenderloins p.s. keep in your fridge,don't take out till' needed
2 cups of rice
3 and 1/2 cups of water
2 long carrots which is about 2 cups
1/2 a bag of brussel sprouts which equalls about 2 cups
2 and 1/2 onions
Instructions:
You are going to get a small bowl and make the rub.The rub includes the following: 1 tablespoon of salt,pepper,cayan,ginger and pepperica.Mix that together thourally until all of the calors are mixed.Then set that aside and go get your steaks from the fridge.Take them out of the package and set only 1 on the cutting board and put the other one to the side.Cut the steaks into 4 or 5 slices you choose.Do the same to the other one.Set those both to the side and go back to the rub.Add 1 and 1/2 cups of water to the dry rub and mix thourally.Take one slice of steak at a time and dip it in the rub.If you have a griddle heat that up if you don't have one turn the burner on the stove on low and just put it right on there same with the griddle.That will take about 5 to 10 minutes.While those are cooking,Take the carrots and slice them in half the long way and then again and again and again until they're little carrot shreds or slices.Now take the Brussel Sprouts and cut them into little chunks.Now the steaks should be done and you can turn the griddle off.Put a few paper towels and put them over a plate.Take the stakes and put them on the paper towels.Boil the other 2 cups of water on the stove until it gets bubbly and foamy.Then add the 2 cups of rice,carrots and brussel sprouts to the water cook until soft and good but not mushy.When that's done put it in a bowl.Then cut the steaks into chunks.Put them with the rice and mix thourally.Then put them on plates and serve.Enjoy.
