Chapter 1 - I wanna stay up all night

25th February 2012

Dear Diary,

Am I dreaming? Seriously, am I currently in the middle of the most amazing dream ever - If i am, please don't ever wake me because I could not be any happier then I am right here, right now.

Its 10:54 in the morning, i've been up since 5:00am, i've cried, screamed, panicked and practically died just to get to this moment here. Its been me, Alice, Amelia, Rachelle and Amy against about two billion other Directioners across the UK and other parts of the world just to get our hands on those precious tickets of gold.

At 8:55, the countdown began counting the seconds down until the clock struck 9:00AM when we could finally start fighting for the tickets. We had it all planned out - Amelia would call me at 8:50, then I would call Alice, Alice would text Rachelle and Rachelle would tell Amy about what was going on as far as getting the tickets and if we needed to try for tickets as well. We had had this planned out ever since two weeks ago when we made a packed to get the tickets no matter what.

Then, 8:56AM came.

I had about fifteen different browsers open on my laptop each one i was constantly checking. I was on the phone to Amelia and Alice going through what would happen when 9:00AM came when my Internet stopped working.

"No, no no nononono NO" I yelled in desperation down the phone fumbling with my computer.

"Whats up hun?!" Said Amelia with a slight panicked tone in her voice.

"My Internets stopped working right at the wrong time!" I said hitting my laptop and flopping back into the sofa in a strop."Guys, i think its the phone line that's interrupting it, i better go, you all know what to do now yeah?" I said checking back at the clock - 8:57AM.

"Ok, we know what to do, gooood luck girlies!" Said Amelia.

"NOOO" Shouted Alice in a deafening scream.

"What!? What is it Alice?"

"THE TICKETS WENT ON SALE FOUR MINUTES EARLY - THEY ARE ALREADY SELLING!"

Silence.

I managed to shout 'bye' to them as I flung my mobile on the sofa and Ran to the Kitchen to hang to phone up before sprinting back to the living room screaming at my laptop to get Internet access. I glanced up at the clock - 8:59AM.

"OH MY GANDHI! WORK YOU STUPID LAPTOP." I screamed thumping the keyboard and cursing under my breathe. The screen started flashing white and making whizzing noises.

"Shit shit shiiittt" I muttered under my breathe tapping the keys until the screen stopped flashing. I breathed a sigh of relief as I accessed the Internet and opened 5 different browsers - TicketMaster.co.uk, TheO2.co.uk, Ents24.com, Facebook and google. I frantically clicked on the 'buy tickets' button on both the 24th and 25th of February, the O2, London dates hoping, no, praying that I could get my hands on tickets.

I diddn't care where we sat, I diddn't care what date we got, I diddn't care about the price, as long as I got my hands on four tickets, I would be the happiest girl in the world.

I waited.

4 minutes went past - no website had put me through to get tickets yet.

7 minutes went past - still nothing.

10 minutes - Nada.

by 9:20, I had given up. I slumped my head against the sofa and curled up in a little ball isolating myself from the rest of the world. I felt hot tears streaming down my cheeks as I hid beneath my dressing gown.
