In a world where only 20% of werewolves can actually shift, the EN experiments thrive. Their world needs a Lycan, and they would do anything to get their hands on one...
"They didn't kill your mother. They tortured her and experimented on her until she was too weak to eat anymore. If your sister shifts, they'll do the same thing to her."
"I don't believe you!"
"Believing in something doesn't make it true or not true. The point is, you're the only one that can stop them."
"Me? But... I'm just the pack slut."
Almost four years since her mother's death, Tayla McLauren has resulted to selling her body in order to take care of her broken family. She was content with sleeping with the Alpha (or any other suitable male) for money as long as when she turned 18 the Goddess would bless her to be mate-less. If she was mate-less she could marry Beta Vance Delay and be a part of Angola Pack, which was the only way for her to get a happily ever after.
Of course, when it's revealed she does, in fact, have a mate, and her mother isn't, in fact, dead everything makes a turn for the worse.
She's going to have to fight to keep everyone and everything she loves from crumbling under her fingertips, and also manage to keep a certain Alpha and a certain Beta from fighting over her.

Cliche's that don't happen in this book:
* Smelling to identify your mate? I just think it's kind of creepy. I switched it to where it's kind of like withdrawal symptoms from a drug... They just itch and scratch a lot. (It sounds weird but you'll get it)
* Everyone in a pack can shift! So I decided that since in real life werewolves don't "exist" I wanted to make it to where my book kind of explains why that is..? So only a portion of werewolves actually shift, and the reason for that is that mating with humans dilutes their population. The werewolf gene is kind of Recessive vs the Human gene that's dominant.
*Rejection! I mean it happens in this story like once... it's just illegal and very rare. I wanted to make the werewolf religion a lot like the Christian religion a few centuries ago. If the Goddess pairs you up with someone, that's who you are to be with. If you say no, there'll be severe consequences.
*White/Gold/Blue/Pink/Two-tone/ Wolves? Um, all the wolves are pretty much the same shade. I mean, less than 1/3 can actually shift in their pack, so there isn't much room for diversity in colors of their fur. Granted, I have added what might be considered a 'rare' wolf, but it has nothing to do with the color of their fur and I can promise you've never even heard of this before. (If you have please tell me- I'd love to read it!)
*Two Mate Business? When I tell you that this has always been the most confusing plot twist for me. I just don't fool with it.
*Weak Female Character: I once heard that a male wolf will follow a female wolf to the death. I'm not sure if it's true or not, but I kind of revolved this story around that. The strength you'll see in even the worse of my female characters will be mind blowing. (I hope)
*The Frightening & Arrogant Alpha: He's slightly cocky, but he's more of a sweetheart than anything. That's where a lot of his problems stem from, his parents want him to be a jackass but he isn't good at it. His arrogance is an attempt for him to cover up his insecurities
*No Black Wolves: I don't see a lot of werewolf stories with black characters on Wattpad. I thought it would be cool to have a mini storyline about that in here. Trust me, it's pretty awesome.
*BLOOD MOON ROGUE PACK: I really don't see the need for all these exotic pack names, it seemed lame and childish. In this story, the packs are named like wars are named: after a city it's near, or a large body of water it resides by. So if you lived in Detroit, your pack would be Pack Detroit or Detroit Pack.
*2 Dimensional Characters: It's really popular in teen fiction and fantasy books. I hate it. They throw in a "bitchy" character that irritates the lead to cause conflict? I'm just supposed to hate her because she's blonde and stupid and she kissed a football player that the main lead has a crush on? I don't get it. So you won't find that in here. Sorry.
-----------------
Another thing: This story came to me after reading several books here on Wattpad and noticing how everyone seems to hate the slut characters. It bothers me because to me, having sex isn't a bad thing. As long as she's wearing protection and she's doing what she likes then go ahead, girl. Everyone has sex at one point in their lives (except asexuals- shout out to you!) so why do we feel the need to count the time's girls have sex? Why do we feel the need to scold her because you feel like she has too many late-night escapades? I've also noticed that no one ever scolds the male! So I read a whole bunch of slut shaming comments on Wattpad and came up with this bundle of joy!
