chapter 4 (meeting the clippers &the barren)

As we rode into his palace we saw a field of flowers on both sides of the road and people plucking them. Further in we saw other clippers training we then went and parked our bikes near the house of the barren. "Sonny!" I herd a voice say coming from the stairs in the house. "Yes barren!" "Did you find my delivery that was delayed?" (The people that were killed and also the boy MK) "yes barren, not much is left of it though." "This is MK we found him with some bandits in the woods near from where crash site was. "Bandits huh?" By this time the barren looked very upset. "This is the Widows doing" he said angrily. "So who is this executioner you bring along with you? And why does he have fire arms in here?" "Oh where's my manners? I'm Cody and am from the executioners realm, also I don't leave my guns any where they are always with me. I'm very sorry if I'm disrespecting your household." "Its alright son. His long are you staying here?" "I was planning to stay for the night and leave out to finish my duties tomorrow." "OK then , would you care for some tea , after that you may let sonny give you a tour around the place." "I really wouldn't mind having some coffee right about now." "Right this way." He said doing a hand gesture to show me the way to the kitchen. He then poured some coffee for both of us. "Milk?" "No just sugar." We sat at a little table in the living room. "So tell me about this widow you spoke of earlier on." "The widow is a enemy of us barrens, in fact we all are enemies not you and I but all the barrens and the widow. She gathers bandits as her assassins. too bad for her the bandits are no match for our clippers. So what's "with this MK kid?" He is a gifted child, he has what is called the dark power." I think its time I had tht little tour you were talking about." "Right."
" Ugh" i groaned as I hot out of the couch. "This here is the gardens court yard" "hmm" "around here is the training grounds , That building over there is where the dorms are." "This place is just like home, let me guess that there is the conference room." "Your are in fact right and that is where we will meet with the other clippers and the barren." "That's interesting." "Let's go put MK in the battle arena and see what he's capable of." The shouts of the people around the arena sounded like a Lion's roar, ROOOAARRR!! It was almost defining. The medics had to constantly bring a new fighter out of the rings on a stretcher screaming in pain. "Its time for you to show him who's boss MK." Sonny said and those words made MK's head shoot up "wwwaht." He stuttered. "Go on." Sonny said and MK slowly walked over to the side to get ready to enter the arena. The croud seemed to get louder and louder each step MK took towards the arena. For some reason they favored him. When he was just outside the arena some boy took his necklace. He was very angy because this necklace was given to him by his mother. This was very weird because I had a matching necklace and Sonny had a compass that also matched MK's necklace. I got mine from my mom as well. Sonny got his from his twin brother. Right at that moment I thought of something I didn't think was possible. My mom was gifted with a power that could overcome all the other powers of the barrens' the necklaces and the compass had a pattern like a map of a place that my mom always told me about as a child. My mom told me of her gifted power and that it was passed down in generations with the necklaces and compasses. I knew I had my powers and I had only used a few times I learned how to control it. When a person that bares the power get very very angry or bleeds the power is triggered and your eyes turn black and the power takes over your body and if you don't know how to control it it might get out of control and kill people which you may never know until your are calmed. This made me think of going down to the arena to help MK . me and Sonny ran off like lightning bolts. Once we were there I could hear MK say "give it back! Its mine!" By now I could see the veins running to MK's eyes turn black which means that the power was taking over. He gave the boy a wicked punch in his nose and the not dropped the necklace I grabbed MK and I triggered my power look him in the eyes and he calmed. By now the crowd was silent and shocked. The barren was also shocked he was up on the higher grounds watching us . I whispered something in MK's ears and just then I. Headed the horns blowing. "Why are horns blowing?" I asked Sonny. "The barren is calling a meeting." "Okay let's go MK." MK looked me in the eye and gave me a thankful look.
