Chapter four~cats

Marie pov
As i walked to Edd's room it was really dark but it didnt phase me because i have lived in the orphanage. I kept walking until i stopped at the sound of foot steps with a little click at the end. Like claws. It was getting louder and louder. Then i saw something small walk infront of me. It was really dark at the time so i didnt know what it is. It was like a small dark figure. I screamed super loud at the figure and everyone's lights came on in their rooms except for toms. Everybody came out of their rooms...except for tom....and they all came towards me. I looks behind them and the scary figure was just a cat. "What happened?" edd asked with a worried face on. "Uhh....i was gonna come to your room and then your cat scared me." i said a bit embarrassed. Tord and Matt walked back to their rooms and went back to sleep and edd carried me to his room and we went back to sleep. I even forgot about the water.
