Alexis P.O.V.
"It's Friday, Alexis." Kendall whispered into my ear. I turned around to face her. I looked at her with a duh face.
"We always spend our Friday nights down at the beach! Don't act like stupid." she wagged her eyebrows before giggling. I sighed. It was a senior thing, there was always crazy parties going on every Friday at the beach but today for some reason I didn't want to go.
"Ugh, Kendall, I really just want to stay in tonight and chill." I turned my back to her and glanced at the clock. I wanted to get out of school already and enjoy this weekend relaxing.
It was the last period of the day and I was looking forward to a movie night in with Blake. My boyfriend since freshman year.
"I'm not letting you waste our senior days for you to be sitting on your ass at home." She joked.
"But you are coming to the beach with me whether I have to drag you there or not."
I fiddled with my pencil knowing I was going to give in. I shook my head and frowned in defeat.
"Fine, but you're driving." I groaned out.
"Yay!" Kendall cheered. "I'll pick you up at 8." I nodded as the bell rang for school to end.
Finally, I thought. I got up and headed straight to my locker to get all my things ready. I looked up to find Kendall and she was already gone flirting with the football team. Crazy Kendall, I don't what I'll do without her.
I was at my locker still trying to find the keys to my car. I was moving all my books around, getting all the stuff out of my purse, just going crazy for my keys! I couldn't have lost them. I always put them in my locker.
I looked around me and the hallway was empty. Even Kendall was gone. Great, how am I going to get home, I thought.
I kept looking for my keys until I heard a locker slam. I looked around me but saw nothing.
"Hello?" I checked if anyone was around to help me look for my keys but no one.
I closed my locker frustrated and freaked out. I walked out of the school towards the parking lot to see if anyone was around. There were only a few cars still parked but no one in sight. All of a sudden, I heard footsteps behind me. Was I being followed? I didn't even dare look behind me. Our school was surrounded by trees and I was making my way to my small red Cadillac.
I walked faster until I was grabbed by strong arms pulling me around. I screamed trying to get away.
"Alexis! Why are you so jumpy?" Blake asked. I stopped resisting being grabbed and smiled at myself being so dumb. It was just my boyfriend. I sighed in relief.
"I'm sorry, I just..." I tried to control my heart racing.
I felt safe again. Blake was still holding me and I just hugged him back. I've never been freaked out like this nor have a feeling like someone was watching me.
"What's wrong?" he asked. His eyes looked down at my brown ones. Blake was really tall compared to my small petite body.
"I felt like someone was following me. And on top of it I lost my keys." I said frustrated.
Blake just looked at me like I was crazy.
"Aren't those your keys right there?" he pointed at my car and there they were on top of the hood. What the hell?
"I didn't put my keys there?" I usually leave my keys in my locker. Someone had to get into my locker to get my keys.
"Blake I didn't put my keys there. Someone was in my car." I grabbed my keys quickly and opened my car making sure all my stuff was here and not stolen.
