The man was alone at home. His wife left with their daughter, about a year ago. The wife had become furious with her husband and left with the child. The man had forgotten why she got so furious that day. Maybe it was because of his gambling addiction or because of he was a workaholic. Maybe it was both. The man went to work every single day of his life, and after that he would go to the nearest casino to gamble all his money away.
What he didn't expect was that he had gambled his life away. He didn't care; he felt at peace like that. The excitement of entering a few dollars and getting back a whole lot more. Though that only happens once in a while. The man enters more money in expecting more to come out. Sometimes he doesn't get any back. He didn't care.
